One of the worst things to avoid in foundation for mature skin is anything that is too thick or too drying. These types of foundations settle into fine lines and wrinkles, making them appear more noticeable.
Foundations that are too glowy add shine that can be a beacon to fine lines and pores. Additionally, avoid foundations that are too matte or have a powder finish, as these can accentuate dry patches and make the skin look older.
