I’d say it’s safe to assume that Ryuma is the strongest of all time, & is the only one to be an equal to that of JoyBoy. The two of them equals & the two most powerful characters of all time in the series.. that is…. Until the very end of the manga, & Luffy as well as maybe even Zoro both inevitably surpass them (& everyone else overall) & end up as becoming the two absolute strongest ever.

That’s irrelevant to who he is said to be in One Piece though. Both Ryuma and Joyboy are the kind of legend on a level of their own; the kind that can be matched ,at best, but never replicated. Luffy may surpass Roger and Shanks, but Joyboy will remain at the top. Same with Zoro in regards to Ryuma.
Great video, in my opinion the anime was severally underwhelming though, i wish we got to see anything from wano, and he didn’t seem as powerful as he should have to me.
i think ryuma is stronger than mihawk 100% so he is stronger than luffy too but we did not see his full power in monsters 103 cuz he was young he was stronger that time and we did not see much of his power in that anime ep too but if we will see another eps of monsters 103 we should see his true power

As for feats ,joyboy literally has far less statements of ryuma. The potrayal of ryuma is to be strongest not like a ruler which joyboy is.
