How To Install H&R Springs On a BMW X5. Lowering a E70 BMW X5

Finally got around to lowering my e70 BMW X5 on H&R lowering springs. If you plan on tackling this yourself like I did there wasn’t many videos out there that should you how to do this. Hopefully this helps lots of you out there considering doing the same thing. Below I’ll link out the tools that definitely helped with this process. Do you have to jack up the rear to install the rear lowering links ?

I did H&R on my e70... looked cool but drove like crap... totally killed the ride. Just done my f15 with the eibach pro kit 1" drop. 15mm rear.

Front I thought is 74 and rear is 72
