I am REALLY loving this mod ... for the mission trees, especially the "you have to CHOOSE ONE OF THREE PATHS" part of the Elysian mission tree is a great idea.
if i m correct, you choose 1 path and later if u reach HEGEMON status, you can unlock 1 of 2 other paths, so overall, you can choose 2 paths, smart move
I love when Skanderbeg attacks everyone around, it's just hilarious
i s2g i always crack up when it happens, based skanderbergs
Warmongering Albanians ...
@@RavencoarEDM skanderbeg without the r
Skanderbundeswehr**
idk why you would it was Skanderbeg its a totally different person.
its just his nephew ok
Love this mod. Tried it out a few days ago. Was a blast!!
Glad to hear it!
Name of the mod?
@@frankomarkusic5912 Third Odissey
This event might have even delayed the Renaissance since some say Byzantine scholar fled to Italy after the conquests.
Cool mod overall. Had fun watching!
I was literally checking your channel to find whether the next part was uploaded. Didn't find anything, refreshed the page and there it was. Love these series!
glad to hear u like the series jonas!
its more accurate to say Christopher Columbus reconnected the old and new worlds, cause while the Vikings did visit they didn't establish connections, they showed up and then left without any major impact on either side.
When he hears the call "Help me Skanderbro I'm stuck in the Yucatan peninsula" he becomes nigh unstoppable.
That skanderbeg and His relatives really make me Stomach ache because laughing xD
Honestly, adopting the local pantheon is very in character for a Greek Hellenic ruler
in brazil we say that Columbus left not knowing to where he was going and came back to europe not knowing where he was.
From an european point of view yes they discovered America. They didn't know that there was a continent between Asia and Europe
from a european point of views yes I agree
The problem is that people don’t say “from a European perspective”. They just say that they discovered America. We don’t say that Marco Polo or the Portuguese “discovered” Japan either, but from a European perspective it’s true.
@@Prodigi50 Nope, because they all knew what was over there. For centuries.
@@BoxStudioExecutive Marco Polo is the the first European to know about Japan and the Portuguese are the first ones to go there.
The natives that moved to america didnt "discover" the continent ... because they simply moved there. A "discoverer" goes away again to tell the people at home.
Ludi is funny and my EU IV inspiration. Mexican Spartans?? American Byzantines?? Ludi has it covered. His humor reminds me of my generation of heroic nerds (think Devo) a true individual, a thinker with a wink and a nod! Haha! You rule Ludi! Don't worry be happy! You are gaining A GREAT REP. You are 'The Legend' OF EU IV or the 'Spirit of the Law' of EU IV. The best of the EU IV commentators and there are more than just a few out there. You have the skills, the humor and the personality to pull it off! I am a subscribed addict! Love it!
This series is the best, love your content!
This RP series is genuinely amazing, please do more similar videos and of course finish the Elysium series! I hope that that Skanderbeg doesn't mess it all up lol
WTF! I made the Franz Josef with sunglasses edit! That's so cool! And my name just happens to be Ares, so this was quite freaky...
Still not played Spartania in this mod, definitely need to try it cus this looks insanely fun
I love it! great work Ludi!! :D
I'm glad you like it
Great video as always!
Glad you enjoyed!
Based Ludi opening the video with history bombshells
Colon in fact always thought he made it to "the Indies" and proclaimed it until his death. But that was him being stubborn I guess.
it was in his contract that he would only get paid if he reached India/Asia. he was a bit of a bad dude, died in prison.
@@analseepageahno The morality of Columbus is debatable
Good video. Can't wait for returning to homeland as elysian empire
He really does listen to his subscribers. Great video as always man
Always
For our modern civilization, Columbus discovered it. Might be a lame rediscovery but a needed one nonetheless.
The important part isnt "the discovery" ... but rather that it triggered the settlement / conquering of the continent, which none of the others did. This is why the discovery made by Columbus is THE IMPORTANT ONE.
The vikings went away again ... and if the egyptians ever truly got there even before the vikings is speculation / a theory.
Love this series!
Skanderbeg is here to chew gum and take back Constantinople and his all out of gum (mostly because they haven't invented gum yet)
Really enjoying this series, great videos!
Skamderbourghasbörk would have a field day if he knew there was another group of natives south of Spartania.
Skanderbeg wakes up every morning and chooses violence
yes, yes he does xD
Im waiting for thumbnail as the whole earth conquered by spartakan with the title “THIS IS SPARTA!”
Played the mod, love the campaign with Elysia, can't wait to try Sparta later
Ludi, you are so cool sir, it's unbelievabel.
no u bro
Are we getting part three of the American Byzantium series?
we didnt reach the like goal so not yet
@@LudietHistoria The Senate will decide your fate if you withold it from us.
@@wilhelmrk Seconded
Great video👍👍
Thank you 👍
Ludi, we Americans celebrate Colobus because he spread the knowledge to western Europe. The Vikings did little with the knowledge of the Northern North America, and the natives themselves struggled to maintain permanent settlements
Great video! I've been loving the third odyssey vids so far
Yes you did it! I love Spartania
I started my own elysia game cause of u. Concured nearly yhe entire Mediterranean was an insanley fun campaign.
and the lore of skanderbeg and his family line continues... love to see it, along with the dr. evil clip
SPARTANS: HA-OOH! HA-OOH! HA-OOH!
Rest in peace old grainy Ludi outro, you will be missed
You are doing us a great service o7
this man does his greek roleplay of hating everybody around them and calling them inferior pretty nicely, great video!
Skanderbundeswehr way to funny 😂
Big like drop 👍
God, I loved Based Ludi 0:38
Natives existing:
The Skanderberg family: and I took that personally-
Actually the American continent wasn't named for Amerigo Vespucci as naming conventions back then meant that it would have been called Vespuccia or something. Current theory is that it was named for a Welsh noble who commissioned an exploration vessel and his name was like Ap Merick or something like that.
Love it
yes! another one of these! yay! :D thanks man!!
Enjoy!
This, IS, LUDIIIII!
Great content as always. I'm wondering if you're going to make a Karaman guide with 1.33 for "'A Hero's Welcome" achievement.
Alternate Title:
Sparta Larpers conquer all of Central America
The intros are like Ludi's Fireside Chats. You're teaching us stuff n sh*t . Learning is real hard man , 🇺🇲🍔🍟
More like tells some facts and adds some opinions, but I also like it
goooood
Love this series
Ludi are you still gonna continue the Elysia run?
if we get the likes yeah
Woah you have quite a decent pronunciation on the native words.
If you go to conquer the old world pay a visit to Viena too to check if they have your cool hat in this universe
More videos about spartania please!
I was watching hoi4 till I saw spartania and I decided it was something I have to watch
i hope you enjoyed it
If only this mod freaking worked, I’ve been dying to play it
you should make 30min episode in which you will normally play eu4 but in some random moments u will talk about cheese
Amazing adventure
"chicken itza" 🤣
Nice vid.
The Greek Blood Meridian
Would love to see asecond part :)
In the beggining of the video, you were talking about Vikings but i think you were not serious.
Sigma Skanderbeg Grindset
This is almost a narrative Let's Play, sort of like Officially Devin does.
If you find something you discovered it, simple as
The history behind Columbus day is actually pretty interesting. It was made a holiday after 111 Italian Americans were lynched on one day by a bunch of racists in the 1930s. Basically it was to placate the Italian American community by celebrating the only famous Italian relevant to the USA. This is a little oversimplified, but I don't think I left much out.
I just lost to a coalition as Florence
I love this series, let's get that like goal boiyos!
Day one of asking for a new Bavarian minor guide or Hungary guide
wow
This mod is great
The position of the starting province is RANDOM (mine is to the right of "MIXE").
I love Skanderbeg
Great video and nice mod. Is there also any plan for Vinland adventure?
Skanderbundeswehr is such a silly rascal!
yes, yes he is xD
Spartakon pulled a Cleopatra?
someone arrest skanderbeg already
People did discover America regardless of people having already been there because when they say discovered it they mean with respect to the European perception. People just being there didn’t give the Europeans some hive mind awareness of its existence. They were unaware of it at one stage and then later were hence they discovered it.
Why ludi we want Rhomania back
You should try to reclaim Sparta
>SPARTA
Right. It's some alt-history Spartan revival, but nevertheless, consider this: the population was so repressed that only single-digit percentage was free (during the height of Sparta 85% of population was helotes, and the women neither among spartiates or the perioikoi can really be considered free either). Too bad EU4 doesn't have some kind of life rating system, because (historical) Sparta's ought to be somewhere around Warsaw ghetto and Belgian Congo during Leopold II.
bro colon discovered the world for the indies, he brought all of the european knowledge there as well as bringing the american knowledge and food to the world, think more about what you say
I thought he was from Venice
This is so interesting, since this is what the indoeuropean tribes did with the european bugmen lol
I would love a mod for ck3 where the Americas can be explored and conquered. We have mods for Asia and Japan. Why not the Americas too???😞
Goated ludi recognizes that no one ever actually “discovered” the new world
It's Western Europe learning about the Americas. No old-world nation truly knew if it existed, so it was the old-world learning about a place that was isolated from the rest of the world
@@evenlord7825 yup
Colombus the first? Uhh vinland was the first ahh wait in this timeline they can claim it is still
Not sure if this is the right place to ask but do you think you could redo your teutonic order into P(russia) guide once the 1.34 update comes out? Love your content, and I loved that guide thanks either way.
Please let's get back to the normal episodes 🙏🏻
We will take Jerus... Constantinople!
0:50 I live in south dakota we thankfully don't celebrate Christopher Columbus day instead we celebrate on the same day Native American day Xd
Also Lief Erikson day is badass
Yayyyyyyyyyy!
I would wish to see Elysium success first
That one takes a bit of time ... because you have to conquer A LOOOOOOTTTT of provinces to finish the mission tree.
So...the same genocide and slavery as in our timeline but...like...MORE.
im so pressed i can never get this mod to work smh
