It's a kickstarter.
They need to reach a fundraising goal to produce the game by using other people money within a certain amount of time. Basically, it's a chairty.
So, unfortunately, unless they get enough chairty money to make the booster pack collecting card game, it won't be made.
It sounds interesting, though, so I buy a deck if it gets made but i probably wont if you have to buy booster packs to make a deck like i in magic the gathering. I already have magic the gathering i collect, and i dont want to be collecting cards for another card game that won't be played as much since solar balls is for children and isnt as intreasting as alternatives.
