This was me March last year. My wife was making me a resume and I was ready to quit. There was a lot I didn't know and then I found this channel. Now I am a branch manager and have made more in the last 12 months than I thought was possible. I have also got our entire company into the RSA. Don't quit. Expand your knowledge and follow the program.
HELL YEAH DUDE!! I am so freaking happy for you. And I'm even happier to be able to support you and your team in RSRA. Thanks for getting them all in there. Let me know in the app who this is because I can't tell from your username LOL! Stoked dude. Thanks for putting a big smile on my face.
@brandon9638 I figured out where I was weak. I spent every waking minute trying to learn those things. The things I was good at I made exceptional. What I could control I did. I got very good at scheduling my days. My nights after my kids were in bed were for notes estimates etc.
It my first week selling roofs and made three sales and have given multiple leads that my new coworkers sold. I’ve never even worked or sold roofs my 42 years of existence.Listen to this guy he is telling the way I just have a Hugh network of people around me this is how I created it and the same people I sold other things to are now purchasing roofs
Would be awesome to see you interview someone who has used your letter system to a tee, and have some testimonial videos. I usually like to knock 9-5 and have just as much success as 4-7.
That's a great idea! I have a few interviews in this playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLZ20p_mXvgkWI_XuXtgIVJov92u6uDFm4.html Watch the ones with Bill, Marshall, and Caleb (and any others you see). Also, the one with Lucian is great. Appreciate the comment dude.
Hey, @TheRoofStrategist, thanks for all that you do, man. Your wisdom is greatly appreciated! Question from a new roofing salesman here: what content would you be sure to include in a handwritten letter to a homeowner whose door you just knocked? What do you put in the letter to share enough information without being too longwinded/wordy, and without writing your whole pitch in the letter? Thanks!
It sounds like most of your programs are more for storm work? Doesn’t sound like you really focus at all on retail? I’m I missing something or am I correct? Thanks

I am in the same boat. The pressure from my wife and the possibility of being fired has me doubting myself. How did you do it?

What kind of data is best to call?
😢😢😢i just started and haven't made a sale 😢😢
Law of averages… you will
There’s someone for everyone. If you haven’t found your sale you haven’t spent enough time looking for it.
@@tommybahaama Well said! It took me weeks to land my first sale. Don't give up!
Study your product until you are excited to share it. Then you will get sales
