Your peppers look great, Rob. The chaguana red looks magical! It's been a challenging growing season for us and we have faced a lot of similar problems as you. As always, love your videos and authenticity. Looking forward to the follow-up tour!
I enjoyed every second of every pepper. Bravissimo. Your work is appreciated!
Thanks for watching Allan!
Yy
Rob, you are insane. I love it. Your gorgeous pepper path is a sight to behold, and I’m envious. Keep up the fine work, brother. Your path is beautiful and your passion is admirable.
Thanks so much, Kyle!
Thanks for your intro. It makes me feel good every time I hear it.
Glad to hear that! 😀🌶
I’ve enjoyed watching every one of the peppers. Your presentation of the pepper plants you’ve grown is seriously spectacular for me. Not only that you shared your gardening video but I got to see the actual plants in its pots and its beautiful displays. The ornamental peppers were so beautiful. I bought I think maybe 2 packs of the Nosegay pepper seeds from Matt’s Peppers, glad I did. Your video showed me how it actually looked like, really like the looks of it. You have a beautiful garden and I hope you make more videos of the pepper gardens again. Nice thing is I get to see how the peppers look in their pots whereas some videos don’t even show the plants grown in its pots. To me it’s important that way me and maybe others have a general idea what pots are best to use. I truly enjoyed this video hope to see more like this. Again the ornamental peppers were truly spectacular! Thanks Rob.
Wow what the plants! 😮
As always a great video rob the garden is looking spectacle . I ould love to see a follow up video showcasing the in ground bed. I will have to send you some photos of the plants I purchased from you earlier this year. They are ripening up nicely. Keep up the great work my friend .
Thanks Thomas! I will do a video about the ground bed soon. There are some much larger superhots in there. I would love to see more photos of the plants you purchased!
Beautiful yard and peppers thanks for sharing😁
Thanks Jo!
Hey just found your channel, really cool and informative! Love it!!💜💜🌶🌶🔥🔥
Thanks for watching!
I love your vídeos 😊😊😊😊
Thanks Nikita!
Thanks for the tour.
Beautiful varieties.
A few years ago I had a gorgeous crop of Bolivian rainbows
And gave many of them away as gifts while in full color….people really loved them as gifts
I also had some scotch bonnets, devils tongues , Carolina reapers and my all time favorites were the peach habaneros.
I had three giant bushes of the peach Hab’s that had over 100 fruits per plant.
I was blown away as it was my first time growing hot peppers and they turned out fantastic.
I also had my share of issues and mishaps with some plants but I can’t wait to get into the groove again this season.
No grow lights, heating pads or other gadgets.
Thanks for watching!
Glad to see you are back
Thoroughly enjoyed the colorful containers, organized labels, and introduction to the varieties that you are growing in your garden this year. This is the way seed companies should market their varieties with garden walk throughs to see plant shapes, sizes, productiveness, and fruit types with descriptions.
Thanks Matt! I always appreciate your thoughtful feedback. I'm going to do another video like this in a week or so for the rest of the garden. 😀🌶
One of my favorite videos.
Thank you!
Awesome , very much colors , I wish being your neighbor, Rob your are genius.
Thanks!
Thanks for the tour Rob. Love your channel and all the inspiration and information you provide. God bless.
Thanks Eric!
Stunning garden 😍😍😍. I love all of the variety and beautiful foliage 💕💕
Thanks so much! 🌶❤️
I enjoyed the tour.
It was very fascinating.
I'm looking forward to and binging towards the next one. 🔥
Glad you enjoyed it!
Yo... sick peppers!!!!!
Thanks Ryan! 🌶
What an amazing variety of hot peppers. There are some in your garden that i've never even heard of, i'm growing hot peppers for the first time this year. I have some carolina reapers, pumpkin habaneros, orange habaneros, yellow carolina reapers, red savinahs, ghost peppers, and jalapenos. I'm growing indoors and im hoping to get a nice yield, been trying to do my homework and I do know that pruning the plants will produce more fruit. amazing pepper garden, thanks for sharing
Now that's a path I'll go down anytime Rob! Really liked the 7 - Pot KART!
Thanks Bob!
thanks for the update rob. great to hear from you again!
Thanks for watching!
Damn he got some plants lol I have 2 red ghost peppers, 2 serranos, 2 jalapenos, 2 habanero, 2 Thai chili's, 2 poblanos and 2 king nagas and thought it was too much. This fella blows me away lol
He's not screwing around. Amazing stuff.
Awesome video love your pepper plants YUM
Thanks Garry!
Very impressive Rob and a nice variety of superhots. Has anyone told you you're a legend, a dalai lama of the chilli world :)
Thanks Gavster! To quote an overused phrase, I'm a legend in my own mind. 😀
Rob- this looks stunning.. The rainbow pepper plants that you showed first made my brain explode. Prettiest produce plant I've ever seen.. I may ask to buy some of those seedlings from you next spring....
Rob you are odd which makes me enjoy your videos more, thank you and keep up the great work fellow pepper grower.
I just recently discovered your channel after looking up various sauce recipes. I've been wanting to grow my own peppers for a few years now. I live in Idaho so there isn't much in the way of store or even farmers market bought hots or super hots up here. All these videos have been very inspirational. Cheers!
Thanks for watching! Hope you will enjoy growing peppers as much as we do. 🌱🌶
great mysterious title for this video, and content to satisfy any home pepper gardener. thanks!
Thank you Noah!
I've been growing peppers now for over 10 years and video's like this always make me happy. I used to be like this...having 1 plants of 50 different species. However I found I was producing way too much that i could handle. I'm down to 6 plants now using an automatic watering system. This gives me about 4 pounds of peppers per plant. I make hotsauce for myself friends and colleagues. Last year I made about 3.5 liter of hotsauce for myself (that's about a gallon) and that lasted me throughout the year. I prefer to ferment my sauce and I havent had any sauce gone bad. This year I'm growing lemon drops and fatali pepper. Lemon drop is my all time favorite. Although now that you mentioned aji pineapple I thought that tasted very similar....
I love how everyone has their own approach to growing and using hot peppers. Thanks for sharing yours!
Great tour, Rob. Love seeing how your peppers are doing. I was just thinking today that I hadn't seen a video in a while. Glad you made one. Totally get that summer is a busy time, because it is. :) I enjoy your videos when they do come out. It looks like you're going to have a big harvest very soon. We'll have to check out the 7 Pot Katie . My daughter thought it was pretty neat there was a pepper out that had has her name.
Thanks! I love the 7 Pot Katie. The plant we have in the ground has lots of really huge peppers about to ripen.
🙋🏾♀️Hi pet fly!
Rob , I haven't walked through a marijuana field with as much enthusiasm as you have for your beautiful pepper garden . You inspire me . I too have grown some peppers from seed ,they already got purple flowers .I don't know what kind they are. But thanks to you I will educate myself . I love your videos .you rock .peace😀
This guy is amazing!!
I am a new subscriber and new grower of super-hots. You have so many variety's that it is impossible to say which variety is the coolest! I live in Panama and am just now waiting for my first Bhut Jolokia peppers to ripen. Truly exciting.
Thanks for watching and subscribing Glen! Here's the channel of Hugo Vera, a really cool guy who grows superhots in Panama City and makes a mean hot sauce: ua-cam.com/users/rojosurtv
@@7PotClub Thanx for referring me to his channel. He seems like a real nice guy.
I've never seen so many varieties of peppers in one place. Very interesting and colorful. Thanks for the tour.
Thanks Nell! I'm going to check out your channel.
As always a wonderful video Rob! 👍
Your garden absolutely amazes me with all those varietie of peppers you are growing! Just amazing!! Everything looks spectacular!! ♥️
Thank you Donna! Always love hearing from you. ❤️🌶
I love your work mate. Very inspirational, maximizing your areas.
Thanks Ashley!
Love the music amigo! Mui bien 👌🏽 👍🏽
Gracias!
This is so beautiful!!! This is inspiring!
Thanks! I look forward to checking out your channel.
@@7PotClub Thank you!!
Very interesting. 👍👍
Nice collection the chinees 5 color is so nice pick the heat by looking at the color love it .
On a small note fabric pots will give beter stronger plants with more yield.
Thanks Frederik! Fabric pots look interesting.
Awesome hot peppers👍I’m New to your Channel and love your insight on these hot pepper plants.. Big Bang Red!!
Thanks so much!
Very impressive man, nice job! This is my first year of growing super hots, and I'm learning a lot through you and Khang Starr. Appreciate what you're doing.
Thanks a lot!
wow that is soooo awesome tons of hot pepper variety
Thank you for another awesome video. Please do show the ground plants in the back!
Thanks for watching. I will definitely do that!
What an awesome tour!! Looking forward to see the Ecuadorian Red Pepper for Hell!
Thanks Josue! I hope to see fruit soon.
Been watching your videos I guess a year already. I'm truly impressed at your variety and labeling. You put in a lot of effort and I'd say your front yard looks best out of the neighborhood. You don't have to apologize it's your channel. I can't get that many peppers on my Aji it's a new plant for me I normally do ghost peppers I have one plant from 2013 it was my first ghost pepper plant and I over winter it each year. My baby lol. Can't wait to see the taste reviews!
Thanks Justin! I'm going to start overwintering again. I had a bad experience last year and learned from what I did wrong (I hope).
@@7PotClub Don't get discouraged there I've had different problems each year. Had aphids last year thank lady bugs for that. I've almost killed my ghost pepper a few times from different fertilizers before I learned more. Its definitely my favorite way though they start each year large. It is allot to setup a dedicated spot for it. You'll get it under control you put in allot of work. Your love for peppers is contagious! Lol
Quite an assortment. I'm getting excited about growing more peppers next year. I have some problems here in North Idaho with our growing season being short.
Hi Pam! We have a short growing season here in MN so we just start the seeds indoors in late Jan. or early Feb. for planting around Memorial Day.
I will try and get started earlier. Our first frost is due on September 19th. I do have a small greenhouse and will utilize it more this year. That's the advantage to pots. Some of my peppers are in pots.@@7PotClub
Beautiful plants... Great video!!
I was waiting for a pepper path song to play! A whimsical ditty in a simple, nursery type format would have worked wonderfully as you strolled along the plants.
I'm planting a song seed hopefully! Thanks for the plant tour, so many colors and flavor profiles in your garden, looks like a delicious year of growing.
New song coming very soon!
I have the opposite situation; shade in front and sun in the back. If I were able to grow out front I think people would steal from them anyways. I’m growing in a variety of buckets and containers including some nice “special kitty” kitty litter buckets my friend gives me. I get my drill out and Swiss cheese all containers. The success of my 25 cent fabric grocery bags has me thinking I can ramp up the number of plants very cheaply.
Luckily, no thieves yet!
Super hot peppers are still quite a novelty up here and I’d imagine I’d have people stealing them to try those UA-cam stupid pepper challenges 🤷♂️.
Nice tour of the garden Rob. I try to look at mine everyday if other life events allow. Definitely interested in seeing the rest of your plants in other locations. Thank you.
Thanks for watching Jim!
Thanks, growing a variety of unknown peppers and just found out one is Zimbabwe Bird.Growing on windowsill in 5" pot and has well over a hundred fruit on it.Lovely.I use water from cold water fish tank and both peppers and fish are loving it.
Hi Gary! That's a great idea to use water from your fish tank.
Very nice
Your plants are looking great! Way further along than my superhots here in WI. I would be all for a full garden tour video. Cheers!
Cheers to you!
Hi there Rob - great to see a new video. I wish I could grow peppers so well. Thanks!
Thanks for watching Kort!
Good seeing you back! Great video!!
Rob, we LOVED the tour!
I know it's the busy time of year... but MANNNN am I anxious for a new song!
Coming soon! The song is already recorded, just have to finish the video.
@@7PotClub OMG YESSSSSSS!!!!!
WOOOO HOOOOO!!!!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Of course I'd like to see another video with the raised bed plants!
I love that you're growing rocotos, most people seem to avoid them because (like you said) it's difficult to get them to fruit, but they're I've if my favorite peppers. I hope I can grow some soon!
Thanks Juan! I got peppers from my Rocotos last year, but every thing has been late this year, so I hope there will be time for them to bear fruit and ripen.
Great video!
Thanks Jimmy!
love your music.
Thanks Jamon!
Hello from Connecticut Rob.
Hello Scott! 🌶
Where have you been! I thought I was alone with this hot pepper growing stuff.. LOL
Nice to meet you Corey! 😀🌶
@@7PotClub yes sir.. Likewise
Wow. My mouth is watering from that one. I'd like to see a taste review of all the varieties that are new to you this year, because they are likely new to me too
I would be happy to let you help me taste them, William!
Everything looks amazing ! You got a bunch wonderful varieties . I'm impressed with the Lemon Starburst this year . I had a monster of plant growing until a tornado went through the other day and broke a bunch of branches .
Sorry to hear that, Aaric!
Loved the video!! It looks great!! Thanks and hope to see another soon! 🙃❣️
Hi Carolyn! Good to hear from you. New video and song next week! ❤️🌶
7 Pot Club you, are awesome! One to be admired. Thanks again to you and Kat! 🙃❣️
Hello rob My name is Nickolas you can call me nick i have found a dying aji pepper plant a neighbor was throwing out and it was crying out for help so i got it and now she is growing beautifully but all i know its an aji type of pepper its like your aji Ethiopian fire but its not as tall like it and it packs a good punch of heat and fruity flavor i would like some help if you have the ability also i love your gardening videos
Hi Nick! If you want to send a photo we're on Twitter and Instagram as @7PotClub
Loving the content bro. Subscribed!
Awesome! Thank you!
I should mention, I have a spot in the garden dedicated to you... "The 7 Pot Rob Superhot Alley".
It has Peach Ghost, Habanero, Carolina Reaper, and Chocolate Bhutlah peppers in pots! (Of course!)
I'm honored Kelly!
@@7PotClub ok... (and my wife approves)... I'm just gonna say it.
I frickin LOVE YOU, MAN!!
You got us through last winter with your great videos, and I know you will this winter!
And if you don't have much time to make new ones, I'll just celebrate EVERY day like it's '7 Pot Saturday'!!
👍🏻👍🏻😁
You're very sweet Kelly. Thanks for being such a loyal fan!
@@7PotClub because you're the best!
Your channel is my most favorite pepper channel on UA-cam!! I loove your pepper plant set up. The flower pots are beautiful and decorative curb appeal!! I would love to grow a lot of your different pepper varieties!! Thank you so much for sharing! Happy gardening! Do you overwinter your peppers? Do you cross pollinate your peppers? 😊💕😊
Thanks Zoey! I am going to overwinter just a couple of plants. I don't cross pollinate. So many others do it, and I just grow what they have perfected!
Cool beans to overwintering! Which ones do you overwinter? Oh okay...on the cross pollinating. 😊💕😊
This year I'm going to overwinter 1 or 2 rocoto plants.
I am going to try Wenk's Yellow Hot. I am confident they would be great for roasting, stuffed with cream cheese. You always have the most beautiful, heathy plants with amazing pods.
Hi Joe! Wenk's are a very sturdy pepper, so they're great for stuffing.
Man, you have a lot of variety. What are you going to do with all of them?
I have about 60 plants this season and 17 different varieties, mostly hots.
I just started 2 ferments 1 with devils tongue/habanero roulette and 1 with cayenne and orange habs. It can be a struggle when you have to use up the ripe ones so they don't go to waste.
Your containers and plants are a thing of beauty. I'd love to live across the street from you!
We eat some fresh, trade some for other produce, freeze a whole lot for making sauce and paste over the year, dehydrate and smoke some. Freezing works really well if you are going to make sauces later. We just destem them and throw them in bags.
Great video Rob, loved the tour, great to see exactly what you’re growing 🌶🔥
Thanks Monty!
Awesome
Nice to see how your plants are going . Because of watching your videos I’m going to enter my peppers in the state fair . Either carillon reapers , or Freeport scotch bonnets . Whatever looks best the day of :-) .
Good luck!
Sigh! All the pampering I gave my chillies this year and the weather turned cold and wet. However, I did manage to grow Habarenos and made the big mistake of biting one of the little ripe ones. Cue 20 mins of spitting and glugging cold drinks - won't make that mistake again. :-) So envious of your production.
No Jamaican Scotch Bonnet? Trinidad scorpion anything is incredibly hot 🥵 I’ve had the luxury of visiting Zimbabwe, I’m now intrigued to plant some of my own. I can’t wait too see the Organic vs Chemical video. Really enjoyed this video Rob!!!!!
Thanks! The Starracha Pumpkin is a cross between a MOA Scotch Bonnet and a Pumpkin Habanero. Reaper check in in a week or two. Want more to ripen first.
Looks like you had a good season 2019..I started watching your videos and inspiration has struck..Having difficult time hardening off my plants..Seems the smaller ones are easier to harden off but the larger ones are taking a beating even in the shade..
Sorry to hear that. Good luck!
Amazing
Thanks!
Greeting from Bulgaria for the Bulgarien carrot :)
Greetings to you Antoan! The Bulgarian Carrot is one of my very favorites.
Amazing video, amazing peppers! I just ordered my Reaper Tshirt!
Thanks Hugo!
I'd like a ticket on the 7-pot express! Great collection! Any Mata Frade growing?
All aboard! For some reason, I screwed up and didn't plant Mata Frade this year. Super bummed. I do have one in my AeroGarden indoors, though.
Rob!! Do you ever overwinter any of these babies? Is there a darling tree or two that you keep?
I'm going to overwinter two plants, rocotos that can live for years. Not enough space for more!
What a nice job. Can you you tell me what kind of flowers are growing in between. Thats inspiring me to do the same in my garden outdoors.
Thanks! We're growing Portulaca (Moss Rose) and Marigolds.
Ill get there
Have a bunch of peppers growing don't know what they are anymore so lots of unknown
Do you sell those signs that you have for your plants how do you keep the words on them?
Same haha
I get the labels here: www.everlastlabel.com
The tags are stainless steel. They sell sheets of waterproof adhesive labels you can print on a laser printer. www.everlastlabel.com
Definitely do a follow up with the rest! Love the long video. Would love to see a tasting video of the Trinidad Moruga Chocolate and definitely the Borg 9 Bleeder (Bleeding Borg 9 the same?).
I'm going to do all chocolate for my next tasting. I think Bleeding Borg 9 and Borg 9 Bleeder are the same.
@@7PotClub sounds great!
Can't wait for the reaper experiment update!
Coming next month!
First off I’d like to thank you for making your videos. Second I’d like to ask a question. With all the varieties that you grow I’m curious if you keep the seeds for replanting, and if so do you worry about cross pollination? Thanks in advance for the reply
Hello again! I don't save most seeds because of this issue. I may try isolating some seeds this season.
I live in your town! I would love to walk through too!🌶️🌶️🌶️
Always glad to give a tour! Hit me up this summer.
@@7PotClub Oh hell yes! That would be fantastic!
Love the Brain Strain Reds .....
Wow. The plants look fantastic. What do you do with all the fruit when they ripen? You have just schooled me with all the various varieties. I am from South Africa and am battling to grow the Carolina Reaper. Two seasons now and haven't produced any decent fruit. How can I get some of your seeds for the different varieties? Ravi
We use them year round in cooking and making hot sauces, etc. We preserve by drying, smoking and freezing.
Hi. Here in South - Africa we can't leave the pots outside next to the road. They will steal everything. 😢😢
Our neighborhood is having problems with thefts from cars and garages, but for some reason they leave the pots alone (so far). 🤞
Man there’s a lot of variety of peppers I would love to grow some of the peppers where can I get seeds to grow?
Absolutely amazing. What do you use for soil and fertilizer. I am growing the orange Habenro, Peach Ghorpian, and orange thai peppers.
Hi Ryan! For the pots, I'm using ProMix organic potting mix and Fishnure organic fish manure compost.
I love seeing all the different peppers you are growing. How can I purchase seeds to start my own pepper garden?
Hi Cherlyn! I get almost all my seeds from this wonderful company located in the Canary Islands: www.semillas.de/shop_en/index.html
Excellent job! How do you feel about flower set hormone spray when conditions are unfavourable? I'm testing it for the first time on my orange habaneros and early jalapenos here in Washington state. Keep up your videos, please.😄
Dirk Oxley all my super hots here in Washington keep dropping flowers before pods form, my milder ones are thriving like crazy and I’ve treated them all the same. Maybe it’s because it hasn’t been as hot as it usually is this summer? (Or at least doesn’t seem to hot compared to previous years)
@@xmypantsx I'm only growing orange habaneros and early jalapenos, but recently I hit them with a hormonal flower set last week, look out if it works, hundreds of flowers I sprayed😄 what part of Washington are you in? Longview here.
Dirk Oxley I’m in up in Centralia. Are you going to the PDX Hot Sauce Expo this weekend? I’ll be there on Sunday
I also boosted my plants with epson salt and plain tums( calcium carbonate) smoking weed now, they exploded with blossoms! The temperature is what's unpredictable, that's why I tried the spray.
@@xmypantsx I'd stay out of there, remember the big protest people all over the country are coming here for on Saturday?
It's Ma'am!!!
Wow such a heated variety Awesome!! Where can I find seeds for these ?
Hi John! Here's where I get my seeds: www.semillas.de/shop_en/index.html
