My mom's "butter chicken" was thigh/breast filets salted and peppered and fried in a buttered skillet until well done(everything she cooked was well done, even vegetables...). Simple, plain, but in a nice way. Great for dipping in sauces when every person in the house has different presences, great as a protein to add to rice or pasta, good on a sandwich.
I like how the idea never even crossed Jack's mind that he didn't have to pour the whole can of soup into the dish. This may be the first time he's ever admitted to making a mistake despite the fact that's he's never measured a single ingredient once. It's as impressive as it is soul crushingly sad.

My grandmother had the worst chicken recipe, first soak the cheapest chicken thighs you can find in Worcestershire sauce ketchup and soy sauce in a plastic bag in the fridge over night then take it out and cover it in ranch and French dressing she would then put in on a baking tray covered in tin foil sprayed with that artificial spray butter stuff and bake it in the oven, when she would cook this a foul earth shattering miasma of biblical proportion would seep out of the oven and you couldn't breathe anywhere near the kitchen, sadly i can't describe the taste because you couldn't pay me to eat any of her cooking let alone Satan's chicken

That's possible I suppose, but more likely I think, is that they thought it Americanized it more, which sometimes in the past has ironically been nonsensical changes that make it harder to pronounce

Personal advice? More like a personal insult. Comment section isn't there for writing essays, it's, as the name suggests, for commenting. The length of the comment doesn't matter. There is no such thing as a lower limit here. Insulting someone for making a joke is just plain rude.

My grandmother had the worst chicken recipe, first soak the cheapest chicken thighs you can find in Worcestershire sauce ketchup and soy sauce in a plastic bag in the fridge over night then take it out and cover it in ranch and French dressing she would then put in on a baking tray covered in tin foil sprayed with that artificial spray butter stuff and bake it in the oven, when she would cook this a foul earth shattering miasma of biblical proportion would seep out of the oven and you couldn't breathe anywhere near the kitchen, sadly i can't describe the taste because you couldn't pay me to eat any of her cooking let alone Satan's chicken
