A great demonstration of wrapping gifts. I hope I will be using some of those techniques on my Christmas gifts. Thanks.
Also, with those pull-bows, if you do not cut the thin ribbons, you can deconstruct it and flatten it out for storage for next year. Super useful if you don’t have much room to store ribbons, but you also want to be more ecological and not throw things in the trash before they are truly worn out. :) I will hold the bow together with a thin rubber band, or put it back in the clear cellophane wrapper if it came in one. 🎁

I don't cut off the extra ribbon from the pop up bow because it curls beautifully..... Sometimes I draw it up in between the loops of the bow..... Or just let it cascade over the Box....

I'm far from being a pro but I know it really helps controlling the paper from curling by wrapping it backwards around the paper tube. Let it sit there for a minute and then unroll it again. It will lay flatter for your entertainment! lol Thanks for all your tips!!!

Added tip for the 2nd wrap, to add a card pocket. After you make the flap, add a bit of tape on the inside of the paper and on the outside on just the ends so it won't show. That will keep you from pulling out the flap. Once that's done, the wrapping is more like normal.

I get yarn and ribbon at rummage sales. I use comics, old maps, old sheet music ( the library recycling dumpster), and the tissue paper from shoeboxes.

I have a paper cutter like yours; but I cannot cut the paper when you are cutting in the middle of the paper. How are you doing this?
And finish the pipe cleaner by curling it around your little finger or pencil instead of just leaving it sticking out.

I really like Hobby Lobby’s paper, I bought some from other stores and it was not as nice as HL

I don't understand why it was necessary to even point that out... You never know if you're going to hurt someone's feelings, because they are already having a bad day or something. Try saying more positive things in order to help lift the person up, rather than beating them over the head with a rubber mallet! It just wasn't necessary and was not very nice at all😢
Agree that there is too much discussion. How is the 'student not understanding these instructions!' I ' ve taught elementary to Jr. college optimisticly and regular students wouldn't think to admit to misunderstanding.😮🙉🙉🙉🤦

At the top of the bag hack, do an accordion [back forth] 4 to 5 times, or what ever you have room for folds crease , bring up the 2 center tips to make a half [flat] flower!

If you turn the paper with the decorative side up, it is easier to handle while cutting the size you need!
