Loved this video. Thanks to your rec, I got myself a Furla Unica and I adore it! It reminds me of Armani Prive Bleu Turquoise! I love salty vanillas, sea air scents and the dash of pistachio ice cream fluff makes me smile. Thank you so much, Soki. (And soooo affordable..going for a big bottle when I finish this 30ml) Black Opium Le Parfum and Mercedes Club Black are my go to thick dark vanillas.

I also like the newest version of Donna Born in Roma Intense. So vanilla-y! It’s a stunner. The Sol de Janeiro #40 Bum Dia Bright one is super vanilla-scented too, more so than their other more nutty ones. The cream pairs beautifully with Vanilla Woods.

It’s funny, I don’t smell vanilla in Armani Si. I don’t smell much of anything in that one though so…must be nose blind to it. Vanilla Woods by The 7 Virtues is my favorite. 😊

The new D&G Devotion smells amazing, but I am a bit partial to D&G, I love pretty much every frag they release. I do not get the hype w idole Aura. Everyone seems to love that one but I don’t, I prefer idole Nectar much more. Can’t wait for it to get a little chillier so I can enjoy it. NOTHING will beat Kayali Vanilla 28 as the perfect vanilla. It’s just absolutely EVERYTHING❤

And also, there was another salty vanilla from the Armani prive range. I think it was called turquoise or something like that. Never smelled that one, but I heard it's a rather salty, fresh and woody vanilla. I heard its getting discontinued though.
Then there is;
- fire at will from jovouy paris,
- vanilla Square from maison tahite and another salty-sweet vanilla: mizensir tres chere. (Plus, it's orange blossom combined with vanilla.)
Then there is
- Deep dark vanilla from DS and Durgas. The description on luckyscent said it is different from many cheap or synthetic vanillas out there on the market.
- skylar- vanilla sky which is a blend of cappuccino, caramelized wood and vanilla.
So many choices lol.
I adore vanilla. My favorite is Montale Vanille Absolu. ❤

Hi Suki, I love watching your videos. I watch near enough all of them. Just a quick question non perfume related. Just wondering where you got your butterflies from that are on your lamp? I have an indoor garden and they would look fab.
I still rely on Lalique Le Parfum as a reliably good vanilla. Cozy with a sheer sweetness. The bay leaf makes it unique .

I tried it on recently in Ulta and fell hard. Gorgeous scent! It’s the lavender in there that blends with the vanilla and makes it so lovely to me I think.
My favorites in vanilla would be: Lalique Le Parfum, Manifesto YSL, Casmir by Chopard, Heliotrope by Etro and Vanille Patchouli by Molinard.
I used to ADORE Heliotrope by Etro! Is it still being made?! I sold it when I worked at Nordstrom Fragrances in the late ‘90s. Gorgeous fragrance!
Ooh! I thought of one more to share! Not expensive. ‘Secret Agent’ by Pinrose. Omg it’s so good! It’s a gourmand vanilla and playful, not serious 😊 Long-lasting! Just fun.
Dior Addict is amazing
Maybe I’m weird, but Kayali Vanilla 28 doesn’t really smell like Vanilla to me. It smells strongly of Brown Sugar, maybe even molasses, and Patchouli. I like it, but it’s definitely not what I reach for when I want a vanilla fragrance.

Hello, Sophie! My favourite Vanilla Perfumes are Libre Intense, Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium with a coffee note as well and my all time favourite one- Avon Attraction with blackberry and amber. Love your videos and reviews.

I really like the Cheirosa 71 and Idole aura. Not much of a fan of the new Burberry Godess one: after a while that one really starts to bother me. Rest I haven't smelled yet. I guess also one that can go on the list and the only one of the brand I seem to like (but my sample was beastmode) is Jean Paul Gaultier's la Belle Le parfum. That bourbon vanilla drydown stays on clothes FOREVER. I want to test out Dior's Hypnotic Poisons before I buy that one though. I felt maybe it's a bit for a younger crowd, but drydown was amazing.
Addict and Hypnose and Mon Guerlain are my favourite. Also i like the new Burberry Goddess, i wish it came cheaper loll😂. Armani Si....my God, soooo delicious. ❤ And i also like Idole Nectar,

I just turned 40, and Addict has been my signature scent since high school. Dior discontinued it for a while and brought it back a few years ago and I was so excited, but to me it smells soooo different than my high school go-to. I still like it but I wish I could get the OG.

@@nancymarkiewicz8123 Hey! I got mine a couple years ago from Sephora (I'm in the U.S.) and it is a bit pricey but one spray reeeeally lasts. Super strong. Nothing like Hypnotic Poison. To me, HP smells like sweet cream soda or root beer. Addict is an oriental, woody, slightly green vanilla.

I didn’t care for the Burberry. I am a vanilla fanatic and it had something sharp which didn’t settle. Maybe the ginger.
When I think of vanilla, I think of gourmand, sweet and creamy. So it’s always disappointing when they mix it with roses or something sharp.
I’ve only sniffed the Burberry in the shop so I don’t know how it develops over the course of a day, but the note I noticed the most was a very herbal lavender note.
I got lavender which can do that, be sharp. It worked on me but some don’t!

Intense version lasts better. I recommend Forever as their best edition

Bosca Vanilla Forte is my fave!! 💛Soooo good & it really lasts (for an Aqua Allegoria anyway😅). Okay it is expensive; I suspect people just rule it out. 🤷🏻♀️ There are a lot of decent vanillas these days!

I didn't like devotion on me. Initio absolute aphrodisiac, kayali vanilla 28, and bare vanilla untamed are at the top of my list for vanillas
