  • This is just about the perfect log! It's straight, round, no nails or other metal in it, and since it is poplar is saws easily! Thank you for watching.

    It is indeed a nice stretch of log and you did get an fine bunch of logs out of it. But just to ask a question, have you considered donating some of the wood to Habitat for Humanity and get a tax credit for it. God knows they need all the help they can get these days.

      Pretty much all our boards go to the Friends org, they are a non profit and they use them around the park. Habitat for humanity is a good idea! Thank you!
