Imo 3 is way better than 2. All I gotta say is Bernie Mac(R.I.P.) acts a fool in that one. The underrated dinner scene before the nutty professor. Immature's good in it basically everybody came to play. I wanna watch it now, I'ma watch 1first then 3.
Three intelligent successful brothers who’ve been in the music industry for decades and never got into any trouble with the law or drugs. That’s why you don’t hear much about them because of no drama. Lol
I remember my grandmom ask me what i wanted for christmas back then and i said i wanted that Nike Flight jacket Peewee had on in House Party....and she got it for me
Glad you got this interview they are legends in the game and not many people really know their story...very much an honor to learn about the group...My favorite feel good movie is House Party and the song is dope af.
It's good to see them, I haven't seen them around in a while man. I have the song" Ain't my type of hype" on my Playlist right now, Full Frorce was definitely a force to be wrecking with back in the day😃
Classic OG’s! The fact they rewrote the House Parry scenes is petty amazing!! I’ll kick your F’ing A$&!!! Very intelligent people right here!! LOL!! I didn’t know about Krush Groove and Beat Street until I watched this movie. If you haven’t seen those movies definitely check them out….classic!! Know this is old, but thank you so much for this interview! House Party is a pure classic, so well written, acted and put together!!
I remember watching House Party when I got older, and in different stages of my life, and just thinking to myself, my parents really trusted me because we were watching Friday, House Party, all types of Grown people stuff, I'm talking about to the point where you literally wear out the tape and you and your siblings and cousins, literally knew every word, every line, every movement, and inflection and acted them out, while censoring the bad words, my parents really trusted me, although it was made very clear when and when not to do it, and that's how we learned how to *BEEP* "Cry two tears in a bucket *BEEP* it, let's take it to the stage."
Actually just ran through their '80s catalog,, they weren't the greatest singers in the world, but their tracks were so advanced, the the drum programming was some of the best ever done, and they had really good songs. Always kept a party vibe throughout the music. You can see that they still have that same energy
Still love House Party. Their scenes are probably the most quoted in the film! Everyone used to try doing “I’m gonna kick your f***ing ass” I’m that voice! It’s awesome finding out they wrote their own material for the movie!!
Salute Vlad - Salute! This Full Force interview is one of the BEST interviews you've ever done (Even in this interview, you can see Full Force's talent dripping off of them - That's skills).
Full Force take a bow! I nominate them to the Hall of Fame! They are 🐐! Love is for Sucker's like Me! These guys kept it real! And I'm proud to say I'm one of their biggest fan!
All the House Parties were crack!!! I grew up on them joints and Class Act too, but you could tell the vibe changed from movie to movie, but I was born in 1989 and you couldn't tell me sh*t back in the day about Kid N Play thats a fact definitely classic and that was before Friday, Money Talks, etc all that House Party started it all #TheDanceEra
I don’t about that. All I know is when it comes to my d**k action, all I’m thinking about is the p***y. He must have a mental block or something. A hahaha.
*Full Force get hype! "Ain't My Type Of Hype" was my jam. And they were hilarious in House Party. When they did the lines from the movie in the interview... IT'S. STILL.HILARIOUS.*
When I was a senior in his 1985-86, I unknowingly dressed like Paul Anthony, and was also buffed out, AND had a jheri curl, so yeah, they called me Full Force, b4 I knew who they were. I'd seen Krush Groove, but didnt know it was them. In 87' I knew who they were, but was in the Marines by then. Looking back, it was, and is an honor to be called that, especially being a musician myself.
It was great to see how they were legends behind the scenes and rocked it out even before they were visible. I enjoyed the three of them in both films, and I'm glad to have seen this interview It was so even handed as we got to see the differences in all of them but their brotherhood shines through
"And you young man I am tired of seeing you in this office and what in gods name made you call this man mother a garden tool". *kid and stab look at each other* 🤣🤣🤣🤣 that kills me every time
I had no idea they sung ain't my type of hype at the time it came out. It would've blew my mind if I knew the bullies of film had the dopest song in the movie. I also didn't know who George Clinton was at the time.
Full Force doesn't get the props they deserve as a writing and production team. Jam & Lewis overshadowed everyone with their consistency & popular Minneapolis sound

One of the most iconic group ever, I'm glad i was around when house party first came out definitely was in my era.
I remember watching House Party when I got older, and in different stages of my life, and just thinking to myself, my parents really trusted me because we were watching Friday, House Party, all types of Grown people stuff, I'm talking about to the point where you literally wear out the tape and you and your siblings and cousins, literally knew every word, every line, every movement, and inflection and acted them out, while censoring the bad words, my parents really trusted me, although it was made very clear when and when not to do it, and that's how we learned how to *BEEP* "Cry two tears in a bucket *BEEP* it,
