Dude, I've followed you for a lil while now. And surfing or skating is usually believed to be a litte guy activity. I've always been a big dude, there is nothing I can do about it. Even when im in amazing shape my lowest weight is 250lbs 6 foot 1... Youve made me feel so much more comfortable with my equiptment choices. There is literally almost no info for guys like us. But you sir have saved me so much guess work. I honestly appreciate it deeply. Thank you brother
P.s. please give us some surf footage. I remembet the one you did in the wave pool, but it wasnt very good. It would be sick

Thanks I'm glad my content has helped. I've been working on footage of me surfing. It's not easy, as it's very costly to hire someone to film. I've put a lot of time into a solution and will have some footage in my next couple of videos 👍

Hey mate have you tried a Smoothstar? They are really popular here is Australia. I've got the 'Manta Ray' version which is built for heavier surfers and is bigger with different wheels than a regular Smoothstar.

Hey Scott, thanks for sharing your experience with this board. I ride barefoot, so the size of the tail is very important to me. Can you tell me the exact measurement of the width of this deck at the back truck rear mounting holes, and also at the tail edge before it begins to round up the sides. Appreciate the help for seeing if this will deck will accommodate my big feet. Cheers Mate.

It won't. My feet hang over the tail at the trucks. Still not used to it

Thanks for the personal review, I didn't know about this board until I saw your video. I'm a big fan of pumptracks but I've been doing them on bigger 36 to 39 inch boards and 180 mm trucks for the greater stability. I'm looking into a smaller board like this one to fit in my suitcase but I'm quite worried it will feel very unstable at the pumptrack. So far I was considering the Globe sun city which is 30" and has a wheelbase of 18.5" but the Costa should be more stable due to the longer wheelbase of 22.5". I also love flexy boards. Your review is very reassuring about the stability on pumptracks, so thanks a million!

Thanks for watching. Yes, it feels fine on a pump track. I actually think that it is well suited to that kind of skating.

    Hello🤗Was this the 31‘inch version?

Hi. At the time I got this I'm pretty sure it was the only size available. From my experience any longer wouldn't work due to the flex. I wouldn't like to ride it any shorter. Do you know what the size options are and I'll check what size I have
