That thing looks awesome! Just started tying flies myself, but I can't wait to be able to do stuff like this someday. Look forward to watching more of your videos!
You prolly dont care but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times then you can stream all of the latest movies and series on Instaflixxer. Been streaming with my girlfriend for the last couple of days :)
What a great fly! Si? ¿De qué ancho cortas la espuma? 6mm? 7mm? 8mm?
Absolutely beautiful. I would love to be able to tie a fly as nice as this. You do a great job. Do you still sell the material kits or do you have a materials list I could go off of? Also great choice of music.

This model has spent years fooling trout during the hot months in the beautiful lakes
What material is the legs? Awesome fly creations that make, I’ve just started getting into fly creating and just have a basic non rotary vice and a whip for knots tying and a few flashes and stuffs but fish shops here doesn’t really have a big line of stuffs for fly making. I’m in Hawaii and we have some of those exact insect that you’re creating.
Thanks Steve, yes i fish with this imitation from many years ago, all big terrestrial flies tend to spin the leader, so are flies that i dont cast too long, the feather wings are soft so they will work better with the wind than a bucktail wings. Kind regards buddy. Ruben
Abrazo!
Hi James, in Patagonia Argentina we have wild big trouts in our lakes and sometimes they get very selectives and if you dont have a very good imitation of a dragonfly you look all day long how trouts reject your fliy. Best regards my friend!
Pretty cool video but I wish you could actually hear what he's saying. You know the "INSTRUCTIONS" or materials, he's obviously giving tips throughout but all you hear is blues. (Not that bad actually)
Gracias Rubén, x esas obras de arte. Q ingenio y creatividad.
Felicitaciones!!
Gracias mi amigo

@Ronan Maison yup, been watching on instaflixxer for since december myself =)
What a great fly! Si? ¿De qué ancho cortas la espuma? 6mm? 7mm? 8mm?
Hi buddy, the length of the body depends on the size of the fly you try to imitate, the foam used is 3mm
and the widht is about 5mm 6mm

Very nicely done! Have you tried to fish with it? My biggest problem with ties like this is they tend to spin the leader.
