Welcome back to the remote countryside on one of Japan's Southern islands!
In this video,I take you through what is generally my morning routine.Starting out with some fresh coffee,a walk with the dog and of course some of the daily house chores!
I also share with you parts of my training regime including running for all the cardiovascular benefits and some strength training work which I do at home making use of my own bodyweight and what equipment I do have!

何だかタイムスリップしたような感覚です。
私は横浜産まれで還暦過ぎの爺さんです。
動画を拝見して、40年前に建て替える以前の、実家の様子を思い出しました。
引戸の玄関扉、高い上がり框、広い縁側と大きな窓、立派な床の間、襖で仕切られた和室…
夏の夜は蚊帳の中が異世界のように感じ、潜り込むのが楽しかった。
家族5人引っ付いて寝るから暑いのですが、窓を開け扇風機を回せぱしのげる暑さでした。
常夜灯の仄かな明かりと蚊取り線香のかおり、離して置いた首振りの扇風機の風が、蚊帳のとばりに波を描いて、実に風情ある神秘的でもある光景でした。
動画を観ていたら、どんどん遠い夏の日が甦りました。
貴方の住まいと明らかに違うのは外の環境です。
実家がある横浜の町は海側に大規模な工業地帯があり、田圃や野山の代わりに木造家屋が立て込んでいました。
当時の大気汚染は酷く、澄んだ青空を見るには、何時間も電車に揺られなければなりませんでした。
違うのは、実家が横浜の下町で

Thank you for sharing your little corner of the world; it's very heart-warming to see a snapshot of your family's life.
Excellent going on the home gym and regular exercise. So important for health, well-being and discipline, especially in the warm and humid weather. Do you include cycling and swimming: Those roads and that strip of azure blue in the distance look very suitable for those activities? I noticed Tennis is included and it's important to add "fun" such as hand-eye games and team games to the full regime.
Walked our dog in warm weather and she loves to go for a swim to cool off in streams and lakes and the sea in the Summer time. It also helps taking her for a walk early in the morning or late in the evening when the weather cools down which are 2 of the best times of day anyway: Special light quality and sense of peace in the world.

The multiple angle shots in a minute was pretty well done, especially showing the scope and scenery of the area you're at while jogging makes us appreciate the beauty of japanese countryside living. You're getting the hang of it. The dog adds to the humor character of the shots as well 🎉 not plain but gives multiple perspectives as well 👍

昭和時代の木造の外壁が茶色や黒色の木板だった。
その外壁に夕方になると陽があたり飴色ぽくなる事から。
