I say, you have done it again. A beautifully presented and filmed video of this important residence. When my late wife and I visited - oh, gosh, many many decades ago, we faced an issue of where to leave our bikes safely, laden with full pannier bags, tents and so on, but I seem to recall we were able to leave them in a storage room at the rear - no doubt all catered for these days.
It was, and is a wonderful residence though - and you do it full justice, both the house, the grounds, and indeed, the cat :)
Very well done chaps - brilliant !!!!!!!

      Hi,
Sorry for the delay in responding; we returned from Germany and came down with a rather nasty cold that knocked us both out for a couple of days.
Thanks so much for the kind comment, a wonderful place to visit, so glad you enjoyed it.

Natasha, I guess your favourite part is probably the studio - another side to the great man.
Thanks for the comments, take care.

A very enjoyable video. I visited and videoed Chartwell a few days ago and found it quite a challenge filming inside the house due to the large number of visitors during my 11am time slot. I can feel another visit coming on 😉
    All the best, Dave 👍

      Dave,
That's always the challenge, and Janis manages that so well, as I do the still photography. Normally, there's a fair bit of editing too, and a careful selection of shots, and sometimes you just have to go with the flow.
To be honest, we've been three times, and it won't be our last (Helps Westerham Brewery is just around the corner too!), and if you like history, don't forget to check out Quebec House - It's in the video 'Our visit to Westerham in Kent, and a look around the National Trust Quebec House' - ua-cam.com/video/V38GdDCAqtc/v-deo.html . Major General Wolfe is an overlooked figure, but he's remembered in monuments in so many places.
I loved your video on Westerham; it's great to see how we all create our content differently. I'll drop a comment shortly.
      All the best,
      Gary & Janis
