I have never met any professional, decent and humble attorney in US I have had to contact. Their secretaries are 99.9% impolite, ignorant and cocky or downright incompetent. They do not return calls or reply emails promptly. That is not professional. Most attorneys do not even do a conflict of interest check initially and start asking about the case. I do not want to give any attorney, my contact and case details, besides my name at outset, unless he/she is willing to advise or represent me. They are usually rude, impatient and even disinterested in hearing about the case's details and focus on asking about their retainer and fees. I have met sharp and effective attorneys though who were pretty much axxhxles in their conduct nontheless. The attorneys act professional with those clients who pay them high fees and who they know can go after them for malpractice. The best attorneys are those who help clients out of goodness of their hearts Pro Bono or for good causes they also believe in like those at ACLU or legal aids. Attorneys I met were the biggest liars. Caucasian attorneys here are also very racists. Often one sees an African American attorney helping African client. Attorneys are one of the most hated people and rightfully so. Nobody really falls in love with his/her toilet but everyone needs the toilet because it has a purpose and same goes for the attorneys. There are always exceptions in any profession's field.
@@MatthewHarrisLawPLLC Thanks. I am sure it does. I am not against good lawyers. Can an out of state lawyer be a layperson "representative" of a person as a non legal representative in another state? Like for example, if I have a legal issue and have a friend attorney in another state, can my friend attorney help make calls, write letters, emails and seek information or records and request my matters be addressed properly by others involved in that legal matter with me? He or she need not put down on those letters that he/she is an attorney but I should have right to have my friend attorney's vast knowledge benefit me as a layperson. No? I have a right to designate anyone my representative in any matter no?
I hope this information is helpful to anyone who has the need to call a law office.
Great information!
Thank You 🙏🏽
My pleasure! I'm glad you found value in this because we put so much time and effort into the production. 🙂
Better call Saul

I'm sorry you've never had the chance to work with a really great attorney. It makes a world of difference.
