När du monterade på kicken och visade att man behövde vrida på axeln med kocken för att håll fjädern spänd gjorde nog min dag. Jag visste inte om det innan jag bytte min returfjäder för min kock och nu glappar den och kuggarna går mot varandra. Tack för att du gjorde denna videon! :)

This helped me sooo much! I just fitted a new set of clutch discs and when i put it back together my kickstart (when moved downwards a few mm) all i would hear is the kickstart gear moving over the pinion, it used to be able to move 10 cm downwards before the kickstart would make that noise. So I thank you and your associates for helping me fix my motorcycle! Subbed!!!

4:49 part missing. There is a tubeish thing that goes between the seal and the crankshaft. iif you dont put this in you have oil filling the crankcase aand locking upthe engine

Bra video som jag och min son haft stor nytta av. Saknar krysskilen till svänghjulet vid återmontage dock. 17:25 - 17:29... går nog ändå men risk för vibrationer. Stort tack för grym video!

Håller på att få ihop min am6 och såg att du inte hade någon bricka innanför kopplingen men i en annan video satte dem två tunna brickor/på lagret innanför kopplingen. Behövs dom inte eller skiljer det på olika årsmodeller?
Ska man inte hand-dra tändstiftet? eller det kanske är annorlunda på moppe än bil
so there are 2 washers on output shaft and one on the other shaft at the bottom on bearing. is that all 3 washers?

Can you help me please? I have similar stuff, but it's cpi. I can't find any picture, how the exhaust resonator is attached to the cylinder. Looks like it doesn't fit.
Vad var de för liten metall kula du släppte ner i den röret vid kopplingen?? Delade min motorn eftermiddag men såg ingen sån??? Något jag tappat o behöver köpa ny?
does the middle hole of the gear drum go to top of ball bearing? or the 7 little holes on bottom of the gear drum

WES_Productions Another great video,thanks a lot,i have the same engine and i have a little problem,i put the gear box and selector drum all the shims and everything else at their place i think so,i put the cases together and when i tight the bolts(i have many i think 13) the output shaft is stuck or sometimes i can spin it but very very hard with all my strenght ,is this normal ? or it must move easy and what could be the problem ,because of some shims ? and another thing that i don't know in the hole of the output shaft you dropped one ''long nail'' then a bearing ball and last another ''nail'' and i have 4 bits instead of one 2 have 1 cm one has 4 cm and one 5 cm and i don't know the order to put them inside or is doesn't matter ?

Ser att ni lägger dit shims på andra ställen där andra guides in lägger m.m, blev riktigt osäker då jag kolla på eran guide.

ska byta vev på min am6 undrar dock vilka hjullager / packboxar som behöves byta :)
+WhyReeijii räcker nog om du bara byter ramlagrena och packboxarna vid veven. vill du så kan du ju byta alla lager i motorn då du ändå klyver hela å byter veven så :)

Elias Back vi använder för tillfället biltemas packnings lim/silikon. Jo det fungerar fint!
Måste man plocka bort kopplingen för att kunna plocka bort växellådan?
+Arvid kolla in videon där vi klyver motorn. Ja den måste bort för att du ska kunna sära på blocken :)

do you have to use a torque lever or momuent nyckel to screw the bolts on the cylinder head
mikel yoloson yeah you can use but i don't have that small one to tighten it with. It's something about 18-23nm
thanks for the answer and when you put the kick back is it just to push it in or do you have to loose the big bolt ontop the engie then push the kick in and then screw the big bolt in again or whats even the purpose of that bolt.

@@bse98 ik late comment but for original engine around 10nm is good, u will strip those bolts if u go with 18-23nm :V

Cr381v3 när man gjort de några gånger går det ganska fort. Exakt tid vet ja inte men har du alla delar iskicl så har du nog ihop motorn på en kväll

+TheDahlX blanda i tanken :) så vet du att den får olja :) alla av vi i wes kommer köra am6 innom nån vecka och alla blandar i tanken. själv tog ja bort oljeblandarn för "pinnen" som ska dra runt den som satte på själva oljeblandaaren hade gått av närja tog loss och kollade över den så skippade den.. så jag tycker att du ska blanda i tanken för sekärt hets skull :) // Wally

we are from finlaand and we talk swedish so we know :D just put the "sporkil" in its track with the side who is towords the engine a little bit higher and then put the flywheel and tighten it, use a frind to hold it when u tighten ;) // Wally

shims are wrong.. theres no shim in output shaft but i think it still works..
maybe from original shims are same in all engines but u use shims to tigthen it up. and that gearbox was working without problems when we sold the bike. and it has no neutral between 4-5 and 5-6 that many other am6 engines have :) only neutral on it´s right place :)

WES_Productions hört att de ska va väldigt viktigt med just shimsen på trumman! :)
robin ivarsson okej☺️ men växlarna funkade utan problem. Ibland dedär vanliga mellan 5-6..
På min am6 från 2014 sitter nåra av shimsen fast i växellådan och på min kompis från 2006 är alla lösa

+edgar martinez pues lo primero es que el eje primaro que es el que lleva los piñones más pequeños no lleva arandela de ajuste por ningún lado por otro lado el selector de cambio lleva una arandela de ajuste en uno de los extremos y por último el eje del cambio lleva dos arandelas de ajuste en cada extremo por lo tanto no se si ese motor cambiará de marchas cuando lo ponga en funcionamiento
