- In this episode, Mark shares a little DIY project he and Danny tried out last year. It works tremendously well. These drippers will keep a scrape or mock scrape full of urine scent for up to a week and they cost less than a dollar! All you need is a string and the magical container described in the video! As cheap as these are, theres no reason not to make a scrape at every camera when you are scouting for deer! Enjoy!

I've got a setup just like this. Im testing it with water. Have it about 1/2 full of fluid, with 1/2 the volume of air. It hasnt dripped in 24hrs.. its 90 degrees where im at. 🤷🏻

Great idea!… I’ve seen many modified water , and Gatorade bottles used for drippers also.
They don’t really well because you need the nozzle to create enough surface tension to preventing from dripping out all At once -Mark
I believe they silicone a hose in a loop through the cap end to prevent that. Your idea looks much easier

Newby here. Would Doe urine be the better option for a mock scrape?
It depends. If you know there is a dominant buck in the area then buck urine might work to make him feel challenged causing him to look around for the intruder. But it could cause a less dominant buck to leave the area. Doe urine is generally a safer bet. -Mark
@@SwampNStomp Do you use synthetic or do you buy the real deal? Any tried and true brands?
New to bow hunting and looking to buy a bow that won't break the bank. I also want to be happy with what I buy and not just get something that works. Do you have any suggestions? This bow would be for florida public land deer hunting.
Bear cruzer g2 or a diamond infinite edge are great entry level bows. Slowly upgrade the accessories (starting with a drop away rest) and once you have all nice accessories a few years down the road, you can upgrade the bow itself and you’ll have a top of the line bow without having to drop all the money at once. That’s what I did when I started. And I still have my Bear Cruzer, I use it to set up friends if they want to try shooting a bow. -Mark
