Hope you all have as much fun with MH Stories as I'm having with it!! Please note that all the footage shown is from the initial 3h segment of the game so as to not spoil new players, though I recorded the video after playing for about 20h.
Hopefully this means CAPCOM is interested in re-making some OG MH games. Also, love the straight-to-the-point preview of "it's a good game, nothing too crazy though".
Never played it cause i didn't have a 3DS at the time and the citra emulator (which i believe has now been taken down because of nintendo sadly) ran horribly on my pc back then so i'm very excited to get a proper chance to play it now. The fact that you could have monsters with different elements they would never have on the main games was very cool to me and weird that they never brought that feature back on the sequel.
Already pre-ordered it for 2 reasons, one is because it will include the DLC that only got released in Japan back in the day! The second one's because this possibly means that Capcom will bring the older Monster Hunter games that only got released in Nintendo 3DS, like Monster Hunter 4U, to PC and modern consoles! And I want to support that.
mh stories 1 back when it was only for the 3ds was my VERY first mh game ! before that i had seen some mh videos from world for exsample , but never got interrested at all before i happen to stumble opon stories 1 in a game stop
So is this using the orginal combat system from Stories 1 or is it using the system from Stories 2? I actually cant remenmber what the difference was, just that 1 has simpler combat that I prefered back when I was playing this on 3ds
What if the remaster is actually a foreshadowing of what the concept of mh wilds will be. I'd be down to hunting monsters with my very own monster buddy in mh wilds
I can't wait i played the original one on 3DS it was awesome and I've also played on switch sequel that's awesome I equally love them and I can't wait to play it on the switch the remastered version
I am having blast playing the game I play it for first time I don’t like the other monster hunter game because it’s action rpg and difficult and more into collecting monsters and classic rpg
The cell shaded style works for the stories games since it’s more so for kids than the Maine line games I’d rather they keep it that way makes some monsters look more vibrant
@@DreadclawDragodon correct, but yet I'm curious if it would work and would like to see it one day. And for kids, we'll later in MHS2 the story gets kind of dark with topics likes grief, loss, treason. And the fighting system can be quiet complex, maybe to complex for kids. At least that's what I felt while playing Stories 2.

and it is a damn good game!
I want more stories i dont want to kill the monsters, besides the mammal ones i don't really care if they live or die. I just need my dragon friends

Memory regained
Especially Fossil Fighters Champions (never got to try it but it looks really fun)
@@TheCobraKing209 I played it on the 3ds and it was awesome.

This comment resonates with my dinosaur loving gamer soul! I love the series and I would love to see another game or a port ❤

I've played both but I really wished they kept element change from the first game for its prequel as well
Missed opportunity to name Aptonoth "CAVALO" 💀
I second this statement
Yes I did play it on the 3ds
And now, I CAN MAKE A WATER TEOSTRA, AND NO OME CAN STOP ME HAHAHAHAHA
So how many monsties is in this game, and is there any new ones besides the dlc ones?

Hi, is there a possibility to play together in multiplayer like in the second game? Or is there only a PvP option?
I'm not 100% sure actually. I'll ask the community manager and get back to you as soon as I get an official response
@@darkhero2 was curious of that myself actually cuz a friend of mine would love if Co op were a thing

How come the price jump to 30. Moreover it is the same old game with voice included

I hope you make a guide for the game
I hope they're giving MHS2 the same upcycling love, they gave MHS1
I still wonder, would MHS still work if it had the grafics of Iceborn? 🤔

Yeah I agree 3ds Monster hunter stories is much better than Pokémon ultra sun
Cant wait

bro's mad that a monster hunter game has monster hunter sfx XDXD
no dude, I swear Stories 2 sfx sound better
