Albert Haynesworth was once a great NFL player. But after becoming the highest paid defense player in the league, he completely stopped trying.

This is the first video of yours ive seen and i subbed, good videos keep it up bro! Have a good day man.
I love you in depth look at these players. Would love to see one on Brian Urlacher or Antwan Randel El
Flemlo, please don't "cue the Wayne". Dude is a Trump supporter and a sell out.
@@PhilM4 its america you are free to support who you want without discrimination. You wouldnt want people bagging on you for supporting biden would you? Please dont be simple minded and say im defending trump as i am not a fan of either biden or trump but as an army infantryman with 4 tours i am a fan of freedom to be an individual.
Have you done a video on Warren Sapp? I have watched so many of your videos I can't remember
Albert Haynesworth is just Vince Wilforks evil doppelgänger.
Lmao!!!!
The best sight of Vince Wilfork was him being shirtless while wearing overalls at the Texans training camp
Damn that’s a good one lol 😂
That's pretty good
I mean really, at 20:35 I was like "why is he showing the picture of vince wilfork"
"But there's a little more to the story..."
This is why I love Flemo. He doesn't just have a hot take, he makes sure to research these players stories and usually you come out with a different opinion of them.
QUEUE THE WAYNE
So true dude. We want life to be simple black and white, and it’s just not. It’s so many shades of grey. Telling the whole story is important to actually change.
Facts bro
He does tell the whole story which is great...but ol Al is still a POS
@Scott Norwood X true, but he waits to get all the facts and does his homework which you have to appreciate more than others just giving hot takes off the wall lol but yes most of these dudes are already buried
@@robertgoodwin2787
Yeah, he definitely was a POS, but maybe he wouldn't have been if he'd had better mental health and lots of support around.
Idk life is interesting
I came back after finding out big Al was mad about this video....im like bra....this the most positive thing I've heard bout you ever

That Legend shit old now Let it go already Damn 😂
that play where he just gives up on pressuring mike vick is one of the rare instances i can watch an nfl pro and think, "i could do that"
a lot of NFL players give up on plays if watch closely
@@michaelmentality well alot do half ass plays. But to just flat stop while the play is still happening. And on top of it it led to a TD which made it so much worse since he could've gotten up and rushed Vick
@@michaelmentality half assing is a lot different than just planking on the field lolol
He was fat & overweight. Being out of shape at THAT size... makes it difficult to just pop right back up.
That’s completely different from baseball, where managers aren’t afraid of benching their All-Star players for not hustling.
I bet flemlo had an A+ in English class. This man has the gift of story telling

stole millions legally!!! No one told the team to pay him millions a year
Exactly. I have zero remorse for the damn NFL, why don't we talk about what this league has taken from the PLAYERS...
Real talk, I see why Haynesworth felt a way. But I expect this, it isn’t like dude actually knows journalism.

Knowing how many expendible players and lives are in the nfl I'm not even mad at it. he finessed the system.
Could care less about finessing the system, but tryna hurt players is weird
As a Redskins fan, Albert Haynesworth has essentially become a curse word to us. The guy signed his contract and literally just gave up on football after that. Had all the potential in the world and was unstoppable when he wanted to be, he just didn't want to anymore.
He did put in a Buccaneers uniform after that. I don't remember him ever making a play there.

As far as sports stories go for sure; he’s very good at getting the max amount of information out with the min amount of chit-chat.
Him and KTO different.
He’s got the voice
You produce some fantastic, brutally honest, straight-up, no holds barred video's, my friend. A sad story. But hope he gets that transplant.
You have one of the best channels on youtube. You know what content we want and your delivery is superb. Keep it up Flemlo!
How come Flemlo picks literally every person I ever fell down an internet blackhole trying to remember.
Yall low key the same person.
He’s the Goat bro

I had him in madden ultimate team then see this video lol gold
Out of curiosity, how old are you, Thurnis?
Damn that cleat stomp might the dirtiest play ever.. you just dont do that I'm sorry 🤦🏾♂️.
Yeah, that should've been the final straw after other similar incidents he had if only for his own good. I think that just proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he couldn't keep his head in the correct place on the field.
That should've been an attempted murder charge
Yeah that was some low down dirty for real. No place for that kind of behavior.
Was there ! One of the worst acts of stupidity I ever witnessed ! Another one of the worst acts of stupidity I ever witnessed was when Washington picked him up after his was released and gave him 100 mil - 😳
Hey Mane say Mane, that second stomp was on some assault shit for real,
I would have sued dude & the NFL for letting it ride frfr
Flem, dude. Thanks for all these videos. Appreciate and definitely respect the work you put in to produce this content! Cheers
I have to give it to you, your channel is VERY VERY good. You really do your homework on these athletes. One of the best channels on UA-cam.
We need to get What Happened to Lawrence Phillips. I feel like his story is tailor-made for this series.
Nebraska took his name off everything
I definitely need 2 hear that story!
He has a documentary on Showtime.
On the real Flemlo pin this my boy
Ended Steve Young’s career
Hayneswirth was a bad person. Ended a poor guys career giving him a late hit and breaking his spine.
He had a bad ego
What player did he injured I don’t know anything of this guy
Dude was hurting people a lot. We wanted them to stop him from playing.
He did paralyze a man w/reckless driving
Wether it was on the field off, it was an illegal hit with spine injury. Probably ended the dudes career too. That's tough to come back to any job after breaking your spine.
Every time I think that I've seen the best video that FlemLo has, the man always comes back with the goods. Keep it up, man. I love your stories, and I love how you keep it real. You're so well-spoken, educated, and do the research necessary to make these videos fresh. This is easily the best sports story telling channel on any platform. I've been a fan for years.
QUE THE WAYNE!
Subscribed! Stories like this, where we see the person behind what we see on tv,where we find why people are the way they are, fascinate me. There's not two,but THREE sides to every story: what one side tells you about someone, what the subject themselves tells you,and the truth. Great work,FlemLo !
Having a relationship with a patient outside of the clinical atmosphere is absolutely inappropriate in some states it is considered criminal
I see the name fits🤨
In nashville its possible for a rub and tug from some nruses if youre sweet that slow 3rd shift
Haynesworth pulled the ultimate con on the Redskins for sure, and I think the guy is a trash human. But it also really makes no sense to switch to a 3-4 system with what they thought was the best D tackle in the game on their roster.
Still always hated that switch to the 3-4 with Jim Haslett...
We switched back to the 4-3 this year and omg look a top 5 defense I swear it's sad when the fans know better than mfs who get paid to make those decisions.
The NFL screws people all the time
Yeah I think that was a dumb move by WAS, wouldn’t Haynesworth make a decent 3-4 DE? Like he had some of the physical characteristics of prominent 3-4 DEs in the league at the time, Aaron Smith, Halogti Ngata, Aaron Kampman, Richard Seymour
@@unlimitedpower978 100% I feel like he would have been better suited there. But I think he just didn't want to play a 3-4 at all.
@Mr. Nyce Guy Just stop, you sound foolish. This isn't about complexion. Honor and dignity don't have colors attached. This dude quit on all of his teammates just as bad as he quit on the owners.

You did a good job on this story. I've been watching your videos for a while. You always do these guys justice. Or just tell it like it is. Albert just upset because you put him back in spot light. Good job as always man.
Haynesworth swindled the Redskins out of millions, his financial advisor did the same to him. Poetic justice.
Nah. 2 wrongs don't make a right.
@@JC-11111 at least he experienced some karma.
No he didn't. Nobody put a gun to the team's head!
He told them before that he was not a 34 T and they assured him they were still gonna be in a 43. What do they do, bring a 34 coach and move him to a position he told them he couldn't play. That's on the Skins.
@@greezythumb and yet he cashed the massive paychecks. I would play literally any position in any scheme for that money. Granted no team would want my services, but I wouldn't complain.
When my son was born, the guy who gave my son's mom her epidural (a giant guy ) told me he was haynesworths backup at U.T. He went on to tell me that Albert was the laziest person he had ever met and never even tried in practice. That shows the Pure talent Albert had. The mind is a crazy thing. Some ones mind might obsess being the best ever (lebron , MJ) and some might have the raw talent but can't get motivated to do anything with it.
It’s funny how another man would go up to someone he doesn’t know and talk about how lazy someone was or is

You are a well spoken man it's good to listen to you speak about different stories
It’s kinda hard to feel bad for a guy who played with an intent to hurt
lot players in the 70s and before did especially steel curtain and raiders difference is new era and everyones under a microscope now with technology/social media and we know lot more about safety and health after football nowdays and lasting impact of dirty hits and plays
That football. You hurt people are don't play.
@@krisroops1035 Absolutely correct. All the way from the start of the NFL through the 70's, most guys were out there to deliver as much pain as possible to the opponent on every play. Maybe not to injure them, but if that happened, oh well. And there were individual players and teams that were out there specifically trying to injure their opponent whenever possible. The game was much different than todays game where guys view their opponents as fellow professional athletes and not someone trying to take food off his families table.
Football is the hurt business... They don't intend to injure, there's a difference.
