In this video my niece Christine (channel link below) and I road trip up to Wyoming for an adventure in the Tetons. We hike inside and just outside the park, boondock (dry camp) in my truck camper with an amazing view of the Tetons and prepare meals in my outdoor kitchen. The scenery is gorgeous!! We also see lots of wildlife!!

Cat, your pairing of music to your video is excellent! Thanks for sharing and Happy Trails!
Thank you 🙏!!
The hills, flowers and falls are alive; beautifully embracing Catherine and Christine.
...and the peaceful place - pace - of wildlife makes a picture perfect.
I, so love this park! I saw it fir the first time when I was 7yo, took 60 years to get back. Sunning video, wonderful wildlife in their home environment. Thanks for another fantastic video!😃👍❤
Beautiful! I'm originally a Seattle boy. So I love the northwest! Every Summer my Dad would take us on a Summer road trip and we would camp. That's how I learned to drive, sitting on my Dad's lap! And that's why adventure is in my blood! Thanks for the awesome views Catherine!
A gorgeous adventure and put together so artistically in this video! I love the intro and the rest flowed so beautifully and with some amazing wildlife shots. You always put out great videos, but you've outdone yourself with this gem. Thanks so much for taking us along!
Thank you so much!
Thank you for what you do. I’m not in the best of health right now and can’t drive. In my thirties I spent time in the Tetons, today im seventy and I intend to return, just not soon. Thanks for taking us along. It means a lot to me. Carry on!!! D-)
Nice break from our crazy world. Thank you.
You make the most beautiful videos of the travelers I watch on YT.
Also, it must be so annoying to set the camera down, walk, walk back, pack it up and do it again. So thanks for that lol
Thank you so much! I don’t mind the set up. :)
I have followed your videos and personal quests for some years now, the format you have adopted has been nothing short of excellent inviting us to share the outdoors with all its challenges and beauty and freely giving your insight. You have a great attitude.
Thank you Paul!
These animals don't realize how beautiful their home is.
Your photography blows me away.
Thank you!!
This is one I will watch again and again just for the relaxing feel of it...the music, the views, the wildlife...just spectacular!
Thank you Perry!
It's 10:30 pm on Sunday the 5th and I just got the upload notice from YT.
I hate getting notices of your work at this time of day.
These camera shots are so overwhelming and inspiring that they need watched at first light. Not and night.
I watched anyway and now my mind will be reeling half the night, thinking of these amazing locations.
How much, I envy you Catherine.
Thank you!
Sapphire Sword I live in Florida and I get her videos at 9 AM Eastern every Sunday... she’s pretty timely at uploading them!

My issue is with YT.
My notifications are S-L-O-W at coming. I have set 'reminders' on Live Streams and get notified 30 min. or longer after the start.
UA-cam wasn't always this way.
My issue is not with our hero.
Just GREAT! Peaceful and relaxing too. Thanks so much.
Beautiful cinematography! We could smell the trees and the water. Really enjoy your work. Be safe!!
Thank you so much Todd!
Came for the hiking. Stayed for the photography.
Just when I think you can’t possibly get any better, you come up with a video like this. Absolutely amazing scenery and photography, you have definitely outdone yourself once again Catherine. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you Pamela!!
I love how you brought the memory of your grandfather into the video Touching! Gorgeous trip. Love the wildlife, especially the mamma and baby cubs
😻😻 love you! Can’t wait for you to come out and see me!
Julz come on you are slacking! You gotta get out with Cat! You only live once you know!😊⛰🗻🏕🌱🌲⛰🙏🏻🌿🏕🔥🔥
Ditto to Kenneth's comment, beautiful photography. Real lucky to see so many bears and a moose.
Again another beautiful outing.
Thank you for sharing something positive and beautiful.
It makes my day. ❤❤❤
Love the camp stove!! Excellent purchase!! It turns your humongous backyard into the Chez 🐱 Cafe. Great hike...wildflowers and wildlife....river and waterfalls too. The geologic history of that area is very interesting.
Thank you Mike!!
one of father’s boyhood heroes was Jedediah Smith and he used tell me the most exciting tales of ol’ Jed’s adventures... i was unaware of his namesake wilderness until now... i’m delighted his legacy lives on with such wild beauty... thanks for sharing... 🥾
Stunning photography !!! I am just in awe ! The bird on the tree top ! The black bear and was the brown one a Grizz ??? It's spiritual to watch this much natural beauty ! Thank You !!! Thank You so Much !!
Thank you Christi! The 2 bears encountered during the hike are black bears even though one was cinnamon color. The 3 at the end are grizzlies.
Ok wow !!! Incredible!!!
IHi Catherine, I was so curious about mosquitos. Did you have any problems with them??? What do you recommend for Mosquitos ??? Thanks so much !
Catherine, this has to be one of your best videos! The scenery, the wildlife, those waterfalls and streams. They were all absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing your experiences and we hope you have a wonderful week!
Thank you Doug!
The best 14 minutes I've enjoyed on YT in a long time. Your productions are flawless and so professional. Can't imagine all the time and effort you must spend to keep this all going; but, I do appreciate it. Thank you.
Thank you so much !!
Hi Catherine, nice work on the bears. I bet its tough to pan so smoothly with such a powerful lens. I also enjoyed seeing the little bits of cottonwood fluff drifting between the trees earlier in the video. Truly a good feeling watching the world as you see it. Thank you. George.
Thank you. My 100-400 lens has pretty good built in stabilization. I like to have it on a tripod when possible, but sometimes there isn’t time when the wildlife decides to pop up. lol
@@CatherineGregoryAdventures Ha ha ha, maybe a slingshot and some bear treats to get them to stay put till you get the tripod set up.... : )
@@CatherineGregoryAdventures Years ago, I worked on a Salmon Seining boat up in Alaska. I had a Sony video 8 handi-cam... The only time I could film was during calm weather and when everything was going nicely...The skipper would give me a nod and I could go get the camera. Friends were amazed at how nice fishing in Alaska was! They were only seeing the gorgeous days... I did get some good video though... I even got two whales fighting. Two humpbacks were kicking the crap out of each other for about twenty minutes. It would make you sea sick to watch some of my old films, no motion correction at all and I was not good at filming. Now its not even filming, its videoing. You have a well made talent for this. I hope one day when I am on walkabout, I get a chance to offer you a cup of coffee at a campfire and hear some stories. Smiling, George.
Cat, there are so many things to appreciate about your vlogs, from the stunning still and video photography, to the narration, and the music - the viewer feels that they are experiencing the scenery themselves. Thank you. Like you, I was bit by the "road trip bug" early, and still feel it's the best way to see this country.
The sound of the wind and the sound of the water gives me healing while watching the video. Thank you for the beautiful and amazing video. Aren't you afraid of bears? I always cheer for you. Thumbs up
I don’t mind seeing bears from a safe distance. Thank you!
@@CatherineGregoryAdventures the thing with bears, you only have to be faster than one other in your group.
Catherine thank you for having the best natural scene videos of the wildlife and natural terrain and I know cause I watch alot on UA-cam.
Thank you James!
Wow, your productions somehow just keep getting better and better! Fantastic music choices in this one... Especially that final track. Had it cranked up in my car. A perfect match with the jaw dropping scenery. I'm so ready (and past due) to get out for more exploration. Thank you!
You outdid yourself with this one, kiddo. The wildlife shots were just incredible.
That's it? More, more, more! So beautiful and the wildlife stunning! Thank-you for sharing the adventure and fueling my wanderlust!
Beautifully done @Catherine Gregory! For now, I'm living vicariously through your videos to experience these great places. My bucket list of locations to visit and photograph is growing
Absolutely nothing more refreshing than the out doors. Thanks for doing what you do.
Excellent Cat !!! Glad youre back on the road ! Scottie n Anniie - Boondockin N Rockin
Thank you guys!
Beautiful video. Very relaxing, as all your videos are. The rivers are so impressive during the spring runoff. Will look much different by the end of the month. Enjoy Yellowstone :) Be well and play safe.
Omg how lucky you are. Out of anyone, anywhere, I'm envious of you. Thanks for sharing.
Well once again I’m blown away by the beauty and peace your videography brings! Thank you for sharing these incredible journeys! 🤙🇺🇸
Thank you so much!
Thanks as always for the outdoor eye candy.
You always manage to find the best campsites and hiking trails. Amazing stuff
Thank you 🙏!
I can't hike anymore but you make me feel like I still I'm doing it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful experiences
Great area to hike, Love the Tetons. If you are going north you should hike the trail just above Lewis lake that goes up to Shoshoni Lake.
Keep those videos coming, I miss that area of the country, the mountains continue beckon me they always will...
Beautiful video! I like that you included the names of the hikes and lakes on the screen. And those bears - oh my!
The Tetons are one of my favorite places! I can see the difference in the mountain top snows from years back (1970’s) to today and wow! What a difference! So much less snow and glacier size. Sad. Still the mountains rise out of nowhere and are roaring with life. I love the birdsong symphony you hike with this time of year, the colorful wildflowers
blossoming, the sounds of water... My brothers used to tell me “plug in!” That meant to be aware and use all of my senses - sight, sound, smell, etc. Plugging in increases my appreciation and wonder. Makes me humble. Humble and grateful are good ways to live. Thanks again Cat. I really enjoyed this!
Thank you Theresa! I like that ... “plug in”.
Thanks Catherine for making us live these emotions.I hope one day to see these places and hear the sounds and scents of nature😍😍
That is a beautiful waterfall! Wow, the birds sure sound happy! Absolutely breathtaking scenery! Always exciting to see wildlife. And always a joy to go hiking with you! 👍 👍 👍
Thanks Cat for showing us the majestic beauty of the Grand Tetons...just amazingly beautiful. Hope you had a Happy 4th! 🇺🇸🗽✨🎆
glad to see you didn't leave home without the Tapatio... a camping requirement..
I recently started following you and enjoy the peaceful pace of your videos. Looking forward to seeing what trails you take near my backyard next.
Do not have enough words to tell of the beauty you have shared. Thank you so much. Can't wait to the next one. Blessings
Well done. Now you are in my old back yard. Don't miss the Idaho side. Lots of great places. Check Darby Canyon Wind Caves on all trails. You'll find plenty of spots to park in the forest along the road in for an overnight or two. Go during the week.
Excellent scenery and a good job capturing the beauty of the Tetons. You are living the life!
Not many people get to see a Grizzly Bear in their home environment, but you girls did👍
this is your best video yet. thank you for sharing your life with us. it's incredibly inspiring.
Thank you Kari!
All I got to say this trip is off the charts. So much fauna. I bet you are heading to Winds now. Or YNP ? Wherever, whatever, doesnt matter you will make a fabulous videos out of any hike. look fwd to the crew's adventures of navigator & chief cook.
Thank you! Yellowstone is next! :)
Grand Teton I‘ve ever being there For many times,u show me a Wonderful memory Thanks
Absolutely exquisite! Loved the bears at the end.
That was beautiful! Loved the wildlife and wildflowers. Did the bears hear or see you? That moose across the lake was huge! Must have been a thousand pounds. Glad you have a pal to explore nature with this summer. Have fun!
My only trip to Grand Tetons was September 2016 and I will try hard for a return visit. It was stunningly beautiful 😎
Well after being in self isolation for 4 1/2 months I'm about stir crazy. But I can alway count on you to post gorgeous hikes. This one with lots of water falls large and small and so much wildlife. Thank you for giving me another day of relief. Keep up the fantastic videos and stills. Your photography is excellent
Excellent scenery, videography, and music.
Oh, and two pretty Ladies!
Thanks for this video!
😎💙💛💚
Just starting to watch this video, but had to comment already...☺️. OMG....what a view from where you camped. Unbelievably beautiful! And the new campstove set up looks fantastic. Life is good there for you two. 👍. You deserve it. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Ok...now I get to watch the rest of the video. By the comments below that I have read, it appears a real treat awaits. 😊. Thank you both for sharing your adventures here. 💐
Thank you Karen! Hope you enjoyed the rest!
I think it is a great idea of the two of you traveling together. Always nice to have some company, especially company we enjoy.
My wife and I backpacked Cascade Canyon 1975 up to the Teton Crest trail. It’s 40-miles. We saw three huge bull moose in the canyon.
Majestic! I especially enjoyed the wildlife shots. I liked the barn shot towards the end. Reminds me of the one on my farm. It was built by my grandfather in 1910 and still stands despite the ravages of time, termites, and vandals. I especially want to thank you for the quiet dignity with which you craft your videos. May almighty God continue to Bless, Guard, Guide, Protect, and Uphold you!!
Thank you John!
Gorgeous as usual.
How great to see you traveling with your niece. Spectacular journey you are on. Have tremendously enjoyed the videos with you hiking with Brian Delay. You make a great backpacking team and so good to see him enjoying the western trails.
Thank you. I’ll be doing more trips with Bryan this summer.
Absolutely love Wyoming! The Tetons.... always leave me speechless.
Another great video from you. I ridiculously jealous of all the gorgeous scenery. Still in lock down here so this is just what I needed .
one day you and Christine will be the top of the list about hiking with best resolution videos in the world
Oh this scenery brings back so many memories...thankyou . We hiked around Jenny Lake then rode the boat back across to the parking area because somebody told us the view of the Tetons from the water was unique. It seems as though the mountains were looming over our heads. Y’all are having so much fun and are certainly eating well! I could see Christine working with an outfitter being the camp chef!
Absolutely spectacular! Great job capturing the scenery.
Another Cat video 👍👍. Jenny Lake is a beautiful place. I recognized the barn :).
Thank you Johnny! :)
Wow...❤this video, very relaxing
i noticed that photography has improved by leaps and bounds .... so vivid
Very Nice....😉😉😉
Love your calm! Thanks for making our breakfast special today. 😉🇨🇦
Makes me wish my wife and I were young again! I miss our hikes in the Rockies....
Hello Catherine, you did it again, you filmed another award winning video. I'm sorry that I missed out on Christine's wonderful meals, lovingly prepared in the backcountry. Continued good health to you Catherine and Christine. Please take good care of yourselves and stay healthy. 🤗
Thank you so much Ron!
Having hiked in the Tetons, the one thing to remember as you plan your hike, start early. The Tetons are very popular and it get congested. Take a float trip down the Snake River. Nice video. 🇺🇸👍👍
Cascade Canyon is aptly named! I wish I was there ! There isn't any place that looks and feels like the Grand Tetons.... thanks for sharing! I have to plan to go back there.
I agree Diane!
Good job Cat glad to see you having fun and the vids are so awesome so peaceful and soothing to the soul. Peace inside and out.
Thank you 🙏 !!!
I have to say this is my favorite hiking video so far! I have a special place in my heart for the Grand Tetons. I loved the story about your granddad
Thank you Kathy! A subscriber sent me the necklace. I love it.
Awesome video Cat! Love the birch trees w the deer, water falls w subtle music and of course the views were spectacular. Thanks again for sharing. Love the Cascade Canyons! You did great bringing it altogether!
Btw the bears were an added treat!
Thank you Gigi! I’m always thrilled to see wildlife!
Loved all of the nature and serene music!
Great Hikes! And, as usual...great pics! Love ya, Cat! Keep 'em coming!
Amazing !! You have a definite skill for showing the beauty and peacefulness of nature. It is soothing, and good for the soul. Peace and safe travels gorgeous Lady !! You are living life the right way
Love the 4k photography and the music is very appropriate.
If you want to see some of the back country of Yellowstone by horse back I will be up there this summer.
Beautiful photographic adventure as always! Thanks for sharing Catherine!
Need a cold PBR and a soft log to relax and watch this one Cat!!
That area of the west is one of my favorites. Very beautiful country, and you certainly did it justice with your photography skills. Wouldn't you just love to in that area? Well take care kid and stay healthy. Vaughn
The View you and that breakfast sure look mighty fine
Oh my gosh, how beautifully shot. The mountains, foliage, wildlife paired with the music. Wow. Won't even bring up the chef! This video made me hungry. What a perfect breakfast you guys had. Do you ever get nervous hiking out there on your own? Great shots of the brown bears. We have black bears here in the blue ridge. You make noise the usually run. Keep up the great work. Have fun, stay safe and stay healthy!
Hi Catherine, thank you for these very nice pictures. The way you capture wild lives and landscapes is just fantastic. I ' m si happy to see Grand Teton again. I was there one year ago and it was just amazing. I hope to be back once this pandemia is mastered.. but thanks to you I can see it!! Take care of your beautiful country. I love it. Thank you for sharing. It was a sun ray in my life today. Caroline from France
I don't need to take video's on my trips anymore. I just need to show everyone your videos. I was in Grand Tetons about a week before you posted this. When that big storm came through I was heading to Glacier. The hail was pretty intense. In the Tetons I took my family on an early morning hike (to avoid as many people as possible) behind Jenny lake (and no I didn't cheat and take the ferry). Beautiful. 8 miles of awesome views. I have to go back to spend more time there and Glacier too, since all the good parts are closed this year. Nicely done.
Awesome, I love the Teton's! Good to see all the creeks and rivers full, If you've never checked Craters of the Moon in Idaho, highly recommended also. My last trip to Yellowstone with my brother we went there and had the park to ourselves in July. Safe travels!
Incredible photography in an incredible setting. You truly have one of the best hiking/travel logs out there. The full rivers and falls are breath taking, not to mention the majesty of the Tetons. How could you tear yourself away from there?
Stunning!
Just got home from there with my pup. Explored the country for three weeks in the jeep. If you have time check out Crazy Woman Canyon rd in Wyoming. Beautiful drive with gorgeous camping. Might see a moose or two! Thanks for the video and safe travels!!
Great! Thanks.
