Fantastic video! This is possibly a silly question seeing as how there are videos of people doing this but the Avata 2 manual states that you can't use Acro mode when recording video? Was just wondering what they mean by that as I've seen loads of videos where it looks like the Acro tricks are being performed and it's all being recorded? That said, maybe you were just in manual mode doing those tricks yourself maybe?
Also would you mind if I asked what mode you were flying in and what speed you were flying at for the opening shots where you go over the field and then it cuts to going through the gaps in the cliffs?
Was any of that sped up in the video editor and if so just wondering what sort of speed you were actually flying at and how much it was sped up?

Do tge xamera settings such as WB,Shutter ,etc. stay locked in once you set them in manual...ir do you need to reset them everytime you power down for a battery swap,update firmware,....?

Thanks for the review. From what I have been told the ND filters aren't included in the 3 battery flymore kit.
Whats the best settings for say if you are going to upload to Instagram in vertical mode ? What export settings would you use ?
Same settings, only use 4:3 aspect ratio as it gives you better cropping capabilities for vertical footage :)
did you try 4:3 and gyroflow? i see that in 4:3 is 125mbs/s in gyroflow. In 16:9 there is only 114mbs

Before! But it shouldn’t matter that much as there’s almost 0 color shift with ND filters nowadays

I would recommend to shoot in 30 fps, use a nd filter and get more motion blur.

Dang! I didn't get any ND Filters with my Flymore combo! Have ordered the Freewell Megapack from Amazon though, so waiting on those! But weird, was I supposed to get the NDs with the flymore combo?
No, i guessed they come in the kit, I was later corrected that indeed they are not part of the fly more combo.
@@DroneSupremacy Thanks for clearing that up! Was a little disappointed that it didn't come with the kit. But apparently they are not that great anyhow? The DJI ones. Someone said they have a weird green or blue tint? I have ordered the megapack from Freewell on Amazon. Let me know your thoughts of the stock DJI ones

Thanks for the video. Just curious you mentioned on the DJI filters that they come with the fly more combo? I'm not seeing any fly more combo kits that have the filters that come with the Avata 2. I do know in some of the Mavics they will provide 3 filters from time to time, but not in the Avata 2. Perhaps you live in another country maybe where the filters came with the Fly More combo? Mine did not come with my Fly More Combo. Just wanted to ask about that!
Yeah it’s my mistake, they don’t come with the fly more kit, they used to (in other drone releases)

For the most part yes, but sometimes light flicker can affect your footage if you're not shooting in the right FPS.
@@DroneSupremacy Yes I remember, in the past when recoding a tv, you see the lines going up or down ... that can be a reason to stick to the standards yes! Thx Mike! ¶ ; - )
@@Sir_Hubris That was when we used CRTs, Cathode Ray Tubes. Then you had horizontal blanking and you needed to sync your camera to the scanning rate of the tube. Since we dropped analog and electron guns for digital it is no longer an issue and 30 frames per second is still a standard. Not to be confused as to what happens when you shoot under stadium lighting where a shutter adjustment is needed, or flicker adjustment if shooting stills.

Nope. The cameras, and ND filters are different.
I got the fly more combo in the US. I do not believe I received any ND filters.

if you want motion blur, just record at a lower frame speed, 30fpm in stead of 60.

I don't overexpose, keeping around 0.0 exposure is the sweet spot!

No NDs included in the bundle, and they're sold out for weeks. Awesome
The scheduled obsolescence according to DJI. Still the same difficulties to make this drone fly, you need to pair the drone. the remote, the helmet. Too much time.

he is..... fpv means first person video so any time you use a headset its fpv.
@MsCondom There arev3 modes Normal, Sport and Manual which of those do you consider to be FPV mode.
Seen 2 of these crashed already on UA-cam hitting a tree flying at less than 10 MPH. A fall from 30 feet broke the motor arms and the frame cage. Very cheap plastic. If the antennas were not inside the surrounding cage frame they could use carbon fiber. Folks better have that care plan especially if that don't know how to fly!
I guess I e been lucky. I've crashed twice both times 30 mph +, hitting a tree and a poll, then smacking into concrete. Made a tiny scratch. So it all depends on luck and how big the impact was.

@@DroneSupremacy right on that is some risk I would have crapped myself. lol I am flying this thing but honestly....don't really love the fpv footage it's just not my preference. I love slow cinematic footage would love an Inspire 3 10000000x more than being rock star fpv pilot. Just doesn't do it for me and the entire experience isn't my thing. I keep wanting it to be but realizing it isn't.
I didn't receive any ND filters with my Flymore Combo. And they unavailable to purchase from DJI's website last time I checked. Thanks for sharing your settings.

From the goggles, go to Settings -Camera - Color Profile
