Same here, I have replaced the internal stops with frontrunners repair kit twice now. Those pieces are pot metal and weak. If they were forged it would never be an issue. My suggestion is to try to collapse the chairs gingerly to prevent wear. You can fix these in the field with their repair kit and having a cordless drill with bits to drill out said rivet. Still the best chairs for us😊
Not That Great we have had 1 replaced within 6 Months Now the other one has broken internally in the legs and the welds are stating to brake Front. Runner have supplied a Repair kit. that requires Drilling out Rivets and the need to re fit Rivets not that easy when your not a Metal worker They did not respond in reference to the welds braking Very Expensive to Fail so Quickly
