Devouring Union Station [The Dispatch, Episode 11]

We. Are. Back. Today, The Dispatch goes to downtown Denver to hit Union Station, which is (in my opinion) the highest concentration of great Denver restaurants anywhere.
We make two stops: Ultreia and Stoic & Genuine, both concepts of the James Beard Award-winning chef Jennifer Jasinski. Chef Gabe and Chef Brad take us through their menus and allow us to try a little bit of everything. Simply put: a delicious day.

Lived here 8 years and I've never been to Union Station!!! Omg, I've got to get to that eatery--you had me at the shrimp--tin fish ok, like you, I'll give it a try! Really great video! It reminds me of the "Ferry" building in SF lots of grrrrrrrrreat food!
