Alright, let me be"that guy" for a minute here. AWD is massively overrated if you're living in the metro area. I've been in the Denver Metro for all my 40 years, driving for almost 25 of those and have had 4x4, RWD and FWD vehicles. While 4x4 or AWD IS nice, it isn't necessary. A good set of all seasons on a FWD or snow tires on a RWD will do you just fine. In all those 25 years, I've never gotten a vehicle stuck and that includes driving to and from work at 7am and 5pm, during snowstorms and just after them. If you're going into the Mountains, yeah, you'll probably want that; if you're a rugged indoorsman like me, you don't need to worry about anything but tires.
For light rail to the airport, the easiest will probably be downtown (use the Union station stop). There’s also a pretty accessible stop in Central Park, or you could look at closer to the airport (Green Valley Ranch area).
The construction worker shortage in colorado is insane

How well a city is run is a crucial issue to live in one.
so what are the good light rail neighborhoods? I am going to the airport everyday and I do not own a car yet

What are your Emmys for?
A previous life as a video editor/producer in the sports world. 😀 They’re regional Emmys-it’s like being a state senator.
Joey diaz is the only real reason I'm here
I've been waiting 2 and a half years for this type of comment.
