4:38 that loop was used on CL's spicy across the whole song, i knew Fabian Mazur produced that synth but didn't know he got credited on CL's song over a public sample. I guess that's now a huge reason on why you don't want to use a pre made melody on any of your songs, even if you bought the samplepack.
There's not really a wrong or right using a pre-made melody. It's rather how you use it. + If you bought the sample pack using your own money, you're free to use any of those sounds provided in that pack because that's what it's worth and what you spent your money on.
@@denzmo1139 My point is, imagine you use a really distinct sample from a KSHMR Samplepack, you get the cut and then KSHMR gets credited on the song for that sample. that's what has happened here. it's not common for this to happen luckily as it's totally unfair to the producer

Especially, if his sample pack is available on Splice in (which it is), there is no royalty obligations or a clearance needed to use those sounds so for KSHMR to get credited or get a cut in his song which is unlikely is the least of his worries. As goes to Mazur's credit on CL's song which was solely produced by Baauer & Co. it's not needless to say, the possibility of being credited is the appreciation of the work of Fabian Mazur but truely, can a listener know who did what on that track? Fabian Mazur could've have had part in lyric writing, composition etc. minus the sound he designed that's used in the song.

Hi! I have a little issue with Omnisphere and I was wondering if any of you would know how to fix it. My computer is 8 ram and is hp gaming laptop. However when I use onmisphere my cpu shoots up to like 98%? Why is this. If I get SSD will this fix the issue? thanks!
I use free stuffs like vital and native instruments kontak, but they're the same as omnisphere, in a sense. Upgrading to ssd will definitely help, but will not solve ur problem. Same goes with upgrading ur ram. Probably need to get a pc with i7 n 32 gb ram or something. Or u need to render every omnisphere track to audio, since running the plugin is the reason ur cpu getting shot. Just my 2 cents
