I have three Stella McCartney bags, and I'm a longtime vegetarian/vegan. I have a mini cavendish in light blue with stars, I have a mini like yours but with brown faux fur and I have the classic falabella fold over tote that I love. I hear a lot of people saying it's like a trash bag, but I find the floppiness both casual and chic- I usually wear mine folded over and minimally stuffed so it's smaller.
As for the leather aspect- most faux leathers are trash quality, but there are brands who have faux leathers that are better quality than leather because it's engineered to be much more durable- like senreve or Von Holtzhausen but Stella's shaggy deer is made to be very durable. I think ferrari had a eco friendly car a while back that had a sort of sporty faux leather/microfiber that's much more durable than standard leather.

What do you think about Falabella's durability and signs of wear and tear ? I have a black one that I have been using for 1 month and I love it! however, I am thinking of buying other colors and I want a bag that will last for many years

Good review! I wonder if the bag is easily get dirty/stained bcs of the light colour bcs i’m thinking to get the same one
I actually think the grey colour is a great choice to camouflage dirt! Also I have cleaned it with a lightly damp cloth, and seems to be fine.
I have the big grey one since 1 year and it isnt dirty at all

the gray falabella. But I'm afraid of the stains! how does it age over time? many stains? lots of wear and tear?
I've had it for 6 months now and wears beautifully! No wear and tear, and it's actually been my most used bag this year

Is it heavy?
Yes it does have some weight to it due to the metal chains (1.6 lbs by itself). But since the bag is small, it is not bad at all for me, especially wearing crossbody. Just don't put rocks in it 🤣

As a person working in fashion, I don't quite understand why people constantly say that Falabella is expensive for a bag that is not made of leather. The quality of the material should not be defined by whether it's animal-based or not. Get that idea out of your minds please and rather think of leather as what it is: a highly unsustainable material produced with absolutely terrible treatment of animals, poor working conditions and by polluting the environment. There is nothing luxurious about leather.
And I say this as a person who has worked with leather.
