As a person working in fashion, I don't quite understand why people constantly say that Falabella is expensive for a bag that is not made of leather. The quality of the material should not be defined by whether it's animal-based or not. Get that idea out of your minds please and rather think of leather as what it is: a highly unsustainable material produced with absolutely terrible treatment of animals, poor working conditions and by polluting the environment. There is nothing luxurious about leather. And I say this as a person who has worked with leather.

I'm curious did you treat your Stella McCartney with a protectant spray? I have one in the clotted cream color (its a bit darker in person than online) i want to spray mine but don't know what spray i should use😅 I've heard people use the ugg spray on it though. Yours looks really clean and well kept🙂

I have three Stella McCartney bags, and I'm a longtime vegetarian/vegan. I have a mini cavendish in light blue with stars, I have a mini like yours but with brown faux fur and I have the classic falabella fold over tote that I love. I hear a lot of people saying it's like a trash bag, but I find the floppiness both casual and chic- I usually wear mine folded over and minimally stuffed so it's smaller. As for the leather aspect- most faux leathers are trash quality, but there are brands who have faux leathers that are better quality than leather because it's engineered to be much more durable- like senreve or Von Holtzhausen but Stella's shaggy deer is made to be very durable. I think ferrari had a eco friendly car a while back that had a sort of sporty faux leather/microfiber that's much more durable than standard leather.
