I love the Oak Ridge Boys. All their music, but especially their Gospel music. I can listen to them sing all the time. I have saw them 3 times in concert.
Normally I can't tolerate country and western music, but I've always loved the Oak Ridge Boys. I was devasted to learn that Joe Bonsall has passed on...but his soul will never die.

The Oak Ridge Boys first started out as a bluegrass group in Colorado in 1970. For years fans begged them to sing gospel, but they always refused because it would be difficult. They finally did their first gospel song in 2005 with the help of Garth Brooks. Garth cried when he heard their gospel song, "Ya'll Comeback Saloon" because that's what Garth does. The current members of the Oak Ridge Boys have been together for 3 years. They are Joe Allen (tenor), Duane Sterban (lead) Wiiliam Lee Bonsall (baritone), & Richard Golden (bass). All of the Oak Ridge Boys were born in Arizona.
