    how old are these trees supposed to be? That tree is not old enough to go back to the spaniards.

    Slag: is the glass-like by-product left over after a desired metal has been separated (i.e., smelted) from its raw ore. Slag is usually a mixture of metal oxides and silicon dioxide. However, slags can contain metal sulfides and elemental metals.

      There is no slag at the site since the Spanish had their smelter underground near the Pueblo shaft as described in the Waybill.

      Since the Spanish were very protective of their mines they would have their smelters no where near the openings of their mines and then probably obscured them and dismantled when leaving the area.

    Tailings: are the materials left over after the process of separating the valuable fraction from the uneconomic fraction of an ore. Tailings are distinct from overburden, which is the waste rock or other material that overlies an ore or mineral body and is displaced during mining without being processed

    • @josephinadelamartiniquemin5448
      @josephinadelamartiniquemin5448 4 роки тому +1

      The tailing, is as you stated is discard from the mine that the Spanish did not consider worth refining since they only wanted high end ore. It is that ore, not slag obviously that we are referring to that had an assay as fine mill gold ore representing in total $100,000 in their gold prices and now $7,700.000. The pile is not overburden, since it is piled up and of a size that a man could handle and deposite in the pile. . Major Hudson who purchased the claim from Bird, and we have the quit claim deed to prove it, had it assayed and published his showing in the sl paper declaring the fact and that is where the Mining Journal reported it representing the value of the pile. Yes we have millions ready for transport to a mill next to the road above the Pueblo mine.

      Update, we have excavated the Josephine mine this fall of 2020. Have found the three tunnels and the shaft and entered a concealed cut obviously not made by the subsequent miners from San Jose Pueblo in his mining report to Marshall Kimball in 1899. When he reported (1842)his four mining companies took all the gold they wanted. Making several cuts (this was one of them) and found gold in every one. We will neither confirm or deny taking gold and silver from the cut.

    I can take you to no less than 5 mines on hoyts, the trees they or showing are less than 30 years old. Although the Spanish did use marking on trees, those trees are dead and rotted away, gone. Whatever gold was up there has been gone for a hundred years. Lived in Kamas all my life... 5 generations. The mines are there or rather vaults. But they are all empty.

    • @josephinadelamartiniquemin5448
      @josephinadelamartiniquemin5448 4 роки тому +4

      The trees with Spanish markings on them are Aspens, and only a few decades old, however we reported them as markings by the Descendants of the original Spanish miners. We have evidence on this production explaining that circumstance and have found a tool they used recently to smelter ore at the "Descendant" mines.. Maybe you can enlighten us as to how you know there is only 5 mines at Hoyt's and there are all empty and have been for a hundred years. Have you actually entered the mine and if so did you go down to the 700 foot level where San Jose Pueblo reported he went in1842 to take all the gold he could carry with four mining Teams? Was General Kimball lying in 1899 as reported in the Salt Lake newspaper? IF so please publish your proof.

      Mr. Gary,
      This fool is full of chit! He’s playing video games in his Mother’s basement at 40 and never done anything productive on his own! He’s just another hater that thinks he’s entitled to say something about things that he knows jack chit about! If he gets disrespectful to you one more time, I will call his Momma and make her cut off the cookies and milk she delivers to his lazy azz every night! Worthless Bum. Keep doing what you’re doing Mr. Gary! We thank you Sir! Bums like this worm may want to watch who they disrespect, you never know what may come of it! Be smart Bum and take the hint!

    This stuff is real. I've been in that mine and it's the real deal as well. The black ledge is definitely next to a hollow chamber or something.

    JOSEPHINA DE LA MARTINIQUE MINING REPORT 2019:
    The lost Josephine is no longer lost and the mines connected to it were discovered back in 1898 by one William Bird and we have actual newspaper publications to prove it. The Josephine was not part of that discovery, although claimed to be. That connection was the vital link leading us to its physical existence as described in the Garcia Waybill. Review at Josephinegoldmine.com.
    Three months of seminars with several researching teams’ uncovered local mining reports and other evidence with actual assays reported by reputable mining news (see red quartz reports) agencies showing gold values claimed of four hundred thousand dollars a ton in today’s gold price. The Picture of that mine is available along with all newspaper reports.
    We have been on the Hoyts for six weeks and unearthed several mines of Spanish and possibly Aztec origin. Most are like the one called the Glory Hole (see picture at Josephine gold mine.com; some with tailings and the glory hole with no tailings, Like the Glory Hole shaft and old mine, subterranean interlocking caverns. Subterranean passageways where miles of gold nuggets will be found as mentioned in the Kimball report; blanketing a four hundred foot thick layer for fifteen square miles containing huge massive economical mineralization. This as a geophysical event called a catastrophic low sulphadation epithermal event, millions of years in the making at water temperatures of 360 degrees, as described in geophysical journals detecting silver and then gold down to the 800 foot level. Most of it is still there. All we need to do is prove it like ancient miners already has; so open bids for rights are available.
    Miners entered and extracted free gold for hundreds of years, never running out. As reported by the Captain (San Jose Pueblo) of one of the Spaniard mining teams from Mexico in 1842. That was arrested for slave trading by then Deputy U. S. Marshal Kimball. We can continue Pueblo’s experience, not the arrest but the mining experience of taking all the gold they wanted. The Miners report is with details as to the depth, length and nature of the tunnel and more, starting out with a four foot drift shown (where the slaves lived) and then at a thirty degree decline to the seven hundred foot level. The same drift entrance shown in the old mine picture. That is why no one has found gold. It starts at the 450 foot level described in Garcia’s waybill of the Josephine and continued to the 700 foot level described by the miner in Kimball’s report of 1898. We are happy to email those documents to anyone interested in acquiring a right to mine sites or for your inspection.

      400 thousand a ton 😝 I wonder how much dirt was even in the ground or I should say in the gold?

    Does anyone really think about that Quaken Aspen can grow 1 to 2 feet a year! Now add how many years ago the Spanish were here!! Any markings or map's carved on a Quaken Aspen would be just a little higher up 👆 the tree don't you think? Just using common sense and I have been in this area and many others close by that I can show you markings. But they are way further up the trees and yes we did find 2 mines just south of Hoyts Peak by using Spanish markings. I have been all over these mountains for over 40 years!

      Stuff carved into a tree doesn't raise higher off the ground as the tree grows maybe a little but not much

      Your opinion has been debunked, we excavated the Josephine in October of 2020. We found the three tunnels and a shaft that miners from Young, Shaffer and June had mined and timbered until 2007. There has been a combined effort by many actors to claim there is no gold or presence of the Spanish, or it is all gone in an attempt to confound efforts. Our conclusion, descendants are still trying to mine it. What origin is your last name? We found a concealed cut mentioned in the Kimball Report and will neither confirm or deny the taking of gold and silver.
