•••FIZZY MILK BATH BASIC RECIPE•••
1/2 C. ( 4 oz) Milk Powder (whole, buttermilk, coconut milk)
1/2 C. (4 oz) Dendritic Salt (can substitute sea salt, do not use iodized table salt)
1/2 C. (4 oz) Salt (fine grain, coarse, Himalayan, do not use iodized table salt)
2 T. (1 oz) Fragrance oil (if using essential oils, refer to usage rate and test for skin sensitivities)
1/4 C. (2 oz) Colloidal Oats
1 T. (1/2 oz) Tapioca Starch or Corn Starch
1/2 C. (4 oz) Baking Soda
1/4 C. (2 oz) Citric Acid

First Love Fizzy Milk Bath
1/2 C. ( 4 oz) Coconut Milk Powder
1/2 C. (4 oz) Dendritic Salt
1/2 C. (4 oz) Sea Salt
2 T. (1 oz) First Love Fragrance Oil
1/4 C. (2 oz) Colloidal Oats
1 T. (1/2 oz) Tapioca Starch or Corn Starch
1/2 C. (4 oz) Baking Soda
1/4 C. (2 oz) Citric Acid
I'm not a fan of cornstarch, and never have tapioca starch on hand. I'll try adding arrowroot starch in place of these two and epsom salt in place of the Dendridic salt. Maybe a homemade clove oil in place of the essential oils.

I know this was a while ago and I am glad I came across this video. I did make a batch and realized after a few hours I opened the container and it had a loud pressure pop. Is this normal and safe ? Almost feel like the glass bottle will shatter. I’m not sure what is going on. 😢

do you need to dry the ingredients (once mixed) over night or can you bottle straight away?
I would suggest letting dry overnight so the ingredients don't clump together in the jar. Hope this helps!
could you use epsom salt instead and Hawaiian lava salt too?

If you decide to add mica or lakes to the recipe I would definitely add poly 80. The usage rate is anywhere from 1% to 20%. I would suggest using .50 oz (about 3%) for this recipe. I would add it to the salt when you mix in the fragrance oil so the poly 80 is distributed evenly. Hope this helps. Love to hear how it turns out! xo
