Both are great but I prefer this over the revolto biggest reason is this dose not have a full flying stab so when you hit the elevator hard it still has good momentum. Where as the revolto is not as good in maneuvers that require multiple inputs with elevator.
Looking for my first TH 3d plane, im decent at 3d flying but want to get better especially in a tight location and close flying. I have it narrowed down to the 39in models but deciding between this, the crack yak, edge 540 v3.
@@millerrc5829 have you flown different ones from them? Didnt know if they all fly basically the same. TH said the crack yak is the most stable for a beginner but I didn't know being its one of their first models if they've updated it or not. I'm leaning towards the super extra being its newer
@@nichollsboy11 I’ve only flown two of the 39” this extra and the revolto. I prefer this extra over the revolto but it’s just as fun and is my primary night flyer. never flown the crack yak so can’t speak much on it’s behalf. I’ve flown the edge 540s bigger brother the XL version and it was great but my least fav of airfoiled TH planes most likely due to it wasn’t mine and most likely wasn’t setup to my personal preference.
@@millerrc5829 makes sense. I just didn't wanna get to ahead of myself and get a plane with the full rotating elevator like the revolto. From your videos and others this super seems pretty nice 👌
This is not as wild as the revolto because it doesn’t have a full flying stab. However compared to the revolto it’s much better at maneuvers that require multiple inputs including elevator. Once you hit the elevator on the revolto it loses all its momentum. While the super extra still has some left.
Amazing flying. Twisted Hobbies for the win. Jeff in LA USA
Yes sir one of the greatest small hobby shops in the bizz
Looking great Tyler!
Excellent flight. I’d been thinking about one of these, though I’ll never achieve anything close to your skill level.
Nice flying!
I'm getting one of those for Father's day.😊
Heck ya it’s awesome I’m gonna have to know which is better tho revolto or this
So not much difference between this and the Revolto? I'm on the verge of buying one or the other...

Sir - fantastic work - a quick question for you how does this compare to the revolto?

@@millerrc5829 Thank you sir!
Keep practicing, I’m sure you will figure it out eventually.
