Well done! Not confusing. I am newly investigating the world of keyboards. I have been gravitating strongly towards the Keychron K-8 Pro. The one part that was confusing a little was using or referencing Wi-Fi versus which keyboard used the dongle. Referring to a dongle made more sense to me. I have a lot yet to learn, but I did not hear how your Keychron K8 Pro is set up for sound or clicking. I could hear the sound but you didn't mention whether it was linear or something else. I've watched many videos but after watching this one I've fully decided on the Keychron K8 Pro. How you have your setup is exactly what I'm looking for. Quiet, dark colors, 80% with aluminium framing. At least for home. So thank you.
I just got a K8 Pro a few days ago, I had a G610 from Logitech and man, what a jump. The quality of construction is formidable, the sound is therapy for my soul, the RGB is great (better than I expected). I`m really loving it. The only downside besides the lack of wi-fi connection to me is a software to configure your RGB. I used to have it on the Logitech and I kinda miss it. But the patterns of light are really beautiful and you cover basically anything the average user might need.
I have the Nuphy Air75 for a week now and I don't know what the hype is. I also have the Keychron K6 and the K6 beats it by a mile. Not sure what all the hype with the Nuphy Air is. Yes, the color is nice and the low profile caps look cool but the typing experience is lackluster at best. I did order the Nuphy Halo65 that should be here in about a week because that one looks nice and from the very few reviews, it sounds quite nice as well. I'm giving Nuphy a second chance here but if you like typing at all, which I assume you do or else you wouldn't be looking for these brands, then don't get the Air75, unless you just want the slim form factor and nice looking aesthetics.
K8 pro without a doubt. I had many keyboards in the past "gaming mechanical pro keyboards" and there is no comparison with the comfort and quality you will find when making the jump, is inevitable to look down and peasents who use mainstream keyboards now xD.
Air 75 is really cool for how thin it is, damn! But I ended up ordering K8 Pro with blue switches, with the walnut wrist support and black topped Steelseries Prism caps to go with it (even though PBT material is cool in durability, I think having a backlight kinda loses its purpose when the keys are not shine through). Can't wait to get my hands on it, I've been using a Corsair keyboard (cannot recall the model) with cherry browns for like 6 years now and this keyboard isn't that good (and I want blue switches for more clicky typing experience, kinda got bored of the browns at this point, not much different than having a membrane keyboard to be honest). Anyways, the value with the K8 Pro is just insane. Hot swappable switches, wireless, aluminium build and fully programmable with the same price I paid for this wired, plastic piece of carbage. This is also programmable, but the Corsair software is absolute junk, which is why my keyboard is stuck in stock red leds and white wasd. I just cannot bother to use the app anymore, it's buggy AF and hogs so much resources from my Surface Pro 8.
I am a big fan of low profil keyboards. And now I hesitate to buy or the nuphy air 75 or the low profile keychron k. (But I think I have a preference for the nuphy air). Just a question, has the nuphy and the keychron a software for the light or the macro?

Do you agree that this keyboard needs a wrist wrest? This was the only letdown for me in the video.
You can customise the RGB lighting through VIA app.
Im pretty sure you can configure it over via or gmk
@@Daveroonie709 i have the k8 pro and a wrist rest is certainly a must for this board.
I hope you’re doing good man and thanks for another great video! You got this!!
Thanks mate 🍻

For the elegant look, the Nuphy takes it. For overall looks, sound and price, the Keychron K8 Pro wins. The other one is meh.
What type of switches were in the K8 Pro in your video? Red or Brown Gateron ?

Does the Nuphy Air 75 have a Print Screen? Also, does it offer to remap any of the keys?
for the air75 is there a wide availability for custom keycaps? incase you want to set a certain colorway
What's the polling rate on these keyboards?
Probably not advertised as these aren't gaming keyboards. It really doesn't matter much unless you're at a professional level.
On the k pro boards it is 1000hz wired and 90hz wireless
I'm confused in Keychron K8 Pro vs K2 Pro !! Can you please help?
They are fairly identical except the number of keys. K2 has a few less keys (it’s a 75% layout) vs k8 is a TKL layout, which has a few more keys
u forgot the h in the 3rd link
