I made a video of the process of making a mechanical pencil.
"Spalted" refers to wood that has been left unattended
for a long time and has been exposed to moisture, resulting in mold or mold.

우와 일반제도 샤프에서 매커니즘만 빼니 명품샤프가 되었네요? 음 중남미 로즈우드인데 친차나무하고 비슷하네요? ㅎㅎ 친차가 아닌가요? ㅎㅎ
저는 일반 제도 샤프를 사용한 적이 없습니다.
일제 펜텔 P205 모델 입니다.
제가 구입하는 샤프메커니즘의 가격 기준으로, 일반제도샤프와 펜텔모델은 약 10배 정도 가격 차이가 있습니다.
시중 판매가 기준으로는 약 5배 정도가 되겠네요.
인터넷 상으로 눈으로 보여지는 것 만으로는, 나무의 수종을 정확히 알기 어렵습니다.
"중남미 로즈우드" 라는 것이 단 하나 품종의 나무가 아니라, 총칭,통칭 하는 말입니다.
중남미 로즈우드 로 알려진 나무들이... 대략 100여 종이 넘는다고 합니다.
무엇과 무엇이 비슷하다? 그 누구도 알기 어렵고 비교도 어렵습니다.
친차나무... 마찬가지... 그렇게 명칭을 정한 것이긴 하지만,
자생하는 지역마다 다르고, 보관방법에 따라 다르고, 나무의 부위별로 달리 보이기도 합니다.
어느날 어디서 내가 본 바로 "그것" 그 색깔, 그것만이 친차라고 할 수 없는 이유 입니다.
누군가 친차라고 알고 있는 그 나무와 또 다른 누군가 알고 있는 친차와는,
서로 같은 친차일수도 있고 아닐수도 있다는 뜻입니다. ^^

The wood used for this work was natural wood as it was.
It is not stabilized wood.

Beautiful work as usual. And what a gorgeous piece of hawthorne. I know a number of us have asked on previous videos - but is there any way of buying the adapter for the Pentel 205 mechanism? I'd love to try something like this but don't have the skills or equipment to make an adapter myself.
Buy the pentel pencil and do what he did.
@@yeagerxp That works for everything except the adapter that he uses starting at 10.09 in the video. That's not part of the original mechanism.
No one sells adapters.
It has been specially made by the manufacturer of the machine parts.
I encourage you to do the same.
