When I asked my family, 1 thru 10 what they thought of this carrot cake after tasting it, my husband said 11, my daughter said infinity, and my other daughter said infinity plus 1. Lol! 🍰
at last, an oil free cake - this will be perfect for my birthday cake. thank you. update: cake made & it tastes rather nice. one question, we don't use 'cups' in the uk - any chance of regular units of measure (save having to convert on teh fly) ?

I’d love to put metric measurements if I can but worried that the conversion won’t be a nice round number and would be a lengthy number with decimal. I’ll look into it.
