Ah thank you so much Sharon! 🥰 I love Double Gauze, it's so dreamy to wear, I would highly recommend the pattern. I'm already thinking more pyjamas are needed in DG 😍 ❤
@@kadycrea I would say, maybe using a medium weight inexpensive fabric for your first attempt, and taking your time over it, baste lots before commiting. I found the alignment of the zipper and the bottom band the only challenging parts. The instructions are not that clear with that part. Go for it, it's all a learning curve 😉 Hope this helps? 😄💕 xx
I like 1950s full circle ⭕️ skirt dress 👗 well 1940s too swing dancing and others for summer festivals, Pinup competitions! Yet id like to make my own add details. Do you have any videos on these?
Hello there, I also love the 1940's & 1950's styles! I have made the Betty Dress by Sew Over It ua-cam.com/video/vr0MDzVruuc/v-deo.html this could be great for adding details etc. I've also made a free pattern that may be what you're looking for. ua-cam.com/video/CTR3_21A218/v-deo.htmlsi=xbwR8ERLv1lZ2KOH I hope these help 🤩
Hello Susan! Thank you for watching 🥰 Ooh do you mean the dress I'm wearing with the jacket? If so, this is made out of Crepe and the pattern is McCall's 7973, its a great pattern that I've made twice 😀 💕
I feel your pain with the rubbish instructions for the Amelia jacket. They could definitely be done better. I had a few struggles with mine too and the whole zip teeth pulling is a bit of a nightmare isn’t it. Your robe looks lovely!! Xx
Hello lovely lady! Ah yes, the bloomin instructions for Amelia 🙈 I was a bit fed up faffing with the zip lol. Got there in the end, but I'd definitely try and buy a shorter zip that fits for next time. Thank you, I love my robe 🥰 I feel so glam in it, i feel I need a glass of fizz when wearing it 🥂🍾 xx
Beautiful makes, as always!
Thank you Jennifer 🥰😘 xx

@sewingyogi Do you think that it is accessible for a first-time jacket?
