Okay, before some of y'all come at me about how you are not interested in what Crystal Jones has to say about being in TLC when she was there for like 2.5 seconds, hear me out.
Don’t you think it must have hurt really badly being kicked out of a group that SHE founded and watched it go on to be one of the most successful girl groups of all time? There was also a heartbreaking betrayal, lies told about Crystal, and an even more devastating couple of years for Crystal once she was brutally kicked out.
So, yeah, maybe she does have a right to be upset.
Her not signing that deal May have saved her life. A blessing in disguise.

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins said that she was never offered a contract and in this. Video they said Pebbles asked her to sign a contract before she went to Lisa and Tionne Crystal said when she was offered her contract Lisa and Tionne were in the room so some facts aren’t aligning here. And in my opinion maybe it just wasn’t meant for Crystal to be an entertainer after Lisa and Tionne went on without Crystal Crystal could have continued to look for 2 more girls them moving on without her didn’t take anything away from her they had not had a name yet any of them so sometimes you gotta ask yourself was this really meant for me instead of having a pity party for yourself cause that whole radio interview she did just sounded like a pity party to me nothing could rewrite what happened so talking about it over and over ain’t going to change anything and also they didn’t play the part where Tboz and Chilli said we are telling our story maybe Pebbles didn’t mean harm in some of the things she did but harm is what happened and how they took it can’t nobody tell nobody how they felt about a situation

It was Crystal's group so yes ..she has a right to feel betrayed and salty ..Sadly she was too naive to realize they weren't really her friends..but its nice to know Crystal had a nice conversation with Lefteye before Lefteye died and Lefteye apologized

Happens all the time. I was fired from a artists Beauty Team because when she asked me if she should use their lawyer or get her own I told her to get her own. I was let go three days later after she told them 🤦🏾♀️

It’s a common story… look at Destiny’s Child (Latavia was the first member) all the way back to The Supremes and Florence Ballard.
LaTavia wasn't the 1st member. Beyonce and Kelly were. That group became DC from Girl's Tune, which featured Beyonce, Kelly, LaTavia, and a bunch of other girls; LaToya coming in a later rendition.

One thing I realized once God humbled me is learning to admit whenever i was wrong it brings peace to both parties. Pride comes before destruction and after getting played by pebbles they should have called their friend and apologized. I respect left eye for being the only one. God rest her soul.

I thought T-Boz' response to Crystal's claim was telling not to mention cold. Telling someone to "Get over it" as opposed to refuting it gives more validity to Crystal's claim.

I think all of them were young and manipulated by Pebbles. Crystal, Tboz, Lisa Lopez, AND Chili. Pebbles wanted complete control. I wouldn't be surprised if someone told Chili, "If you sleep with me, you got a spot in the group." Pebbles/L.A. Reid are the ones who sold their soul and played all these young girls for their gain. They were just kids...

I love TLC and they are one of my favorite groups ever. But what happened to them was karma, plain and simple. They did Crystal wrong, and they got it served back to them. TENFOLD.

Wow having hearing this it’s pretty clear that tlc got its karma for what they did to crystal. They were pretty much trash after left eye died, so it really goes to show that she was the heart of the group. I’m not surprised left eye was the only one who apologized to her. To be back stabbed is not right period! To not be able to let a lawyer or someone who might see flaws in a contract is a sign that something is wrong! The group TLC found that out when they had made no money but, millions were made by their company & managers! So it doesn't take a genius to see some truths in what Crystal said. Money isn't everything your pride & integrity mean everything in life. I will say to Crystal if you & your family are still standing & well then God has covered you regardless of what happened in the past & TGBTG ❤️

I believe this is why they started experiencing a lot of karma. Not saying that Left Eye's d**th was karma but once she passed away TLC has never been the same. I don't look at T Boz and Chilli the same. Even with Left Eye T-Boz and Chilli started being shady. Left Eye started venturing out and starting up new businesses and focusing on her spiritual and health path. I started to learn not all women are about women's empowerment and TLC were not really about that. They did Crystal dirty. T-Boz of all people shouldn't walk around with an attitude telling people to get over situations and thinking it was so funny to kick that girl out of the group.

My heart is with her, but she wasnt apart of TLC's success. There isn't even a song with the three of them together. One thing about TLC is that their story has been consistent for over 30 years. Watch TLC: Forever, it fills in the blanks for the biopic. Crystal sending you a big hug, but find peace and let this go. TLC is T-Boz, Left Eye, & Chilli.

LOL, Aaliyah was about as a good of a singer as anybody in TLC was. Looks, fashion, and great dancing is what got Aaliyah to the top, same as TLC. It definitely wasn't vocals.

I wouldn't take it personally. The music industry picks people and give them opportunities and you take it. Sometimes they want 1 singer and not the others....you take it. Perhaps they may be cheating you...but you'll end up a millionaire rather than ending up with little to no savings like most people.

I think she was smarter than them. They didn't make any money as TLC, and that's because of their crap contract they signed with no questions. So, in a way, they got what they deserved.
They made millions of dollars as TLC after they renegotiated their contracts. TLC is still touring and making money today. Catch them in Vegas next weekend at the sold out iHeart Music Festival.

Y'all slow. The group had no legal obligations or LLC when Crystal was a part. They had no operational agreement, no dissolve agreement, and nothing to bind them to Crystal.

That is why…they had to buy each letter back. It was a bad contract and they should have had representation. In addition why was she managing them when her husband owned the studio? They should have taken a hint from Crystal regroup and get representation. They suffered as a group and this was definitely conflict of interest. Their manager didn’t want her to take the contract to be seen by a parent or representatives because the contract wasn’t beneficial to them. They were young and inexperienced.
It’s called the music business they all learned a hard lesson it seems
