That was a 4-hours setlist (42 songs) - we usually play that long - and to be honest there are moments I need to settle down a bit in order to pull it off. That usually goes for the slow, long songs where my body has the time to do this. It's not like I'm "sacrificing" the way I hit but I choose to calm down a bit, mainly posture-wise.
