Hey guys, this is Nick, "the drummer with the bad energy" 😊 (a bit late to the party😁)
First of all let me say that I totally hear what you're saying. I just wanna clarify a couple of things...
That was a 4-hours setlist (42 songs) - we usually play that long - and to be honest there are moments I need to settle down a bit in order to pull it off. That usually goes for the slow, long songs where my body has the time to do this. It's not like I'm "sacrificing" the way I hit but I choose to calm down a bit, mainly posture-wise. In any case, it's not a "bad energy" thing, at least from my end. But, as I said, it makes sense to see it that way on your screen...😉
