I click media creation tool and legit nothing happens it says “do you want to make changes” pop up and I can yes and then nothing happens

It won't let me open the media creation tool it says that it isn't Microsoft verified

The message will appear when you're trying to run an .exe file that's not from the Microsoft Store. In Windows 11 you can change it in Windows Settings-> Apps-> Advanced App Settings-> Choose Where to get apps-> Anywhere. Note that this is normal behavior in Windows 11 by default.
