Nutritional Information for the Whole Recipe CK Chicken Flour:
Cal: 261 | Net Carbs: 0.3g | Fiber: 6.2g | Total Carbs: 6.5g | Fat: 2.8g | Protein: 53g
INGREDIENTS:
300ml/ 1 & ½ cups less 1 tbsp Water
22g/ 2 tbsp Gelatin Powder
60g/ ½ cup CK Chicken Flour
1.5g/ ¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Italian Seasoning
Nutritional Information for the Whole Recipe Almond Flour:
Cal: 459 | Net Carbs: 4.3g | Fiber: 6.4g | Total Carbs: 10.7g | Fat: 32.2g | Protein: 31.7g
INGREDIENTS:
300ml/ 1 & ½ cups less 1 tbsp Water
5g/ 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
60g/ ½ cup Almond Flour
1.5g/ ¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Italian Seasoning

I like crunchy chips from time to time and have been falling on pork rinds but starting to get tired of them. I’m going to try this weekend to make these. I’m sure there must be keto seasoning/flavors available to get a variety of flavors, ranch, bbq etc ❤

Hello Sis. I think it means you need to reset your notifications. Oh man yes I should've done that. So the almond flour ones are little more delicate, they "crack" a little softer but still make the noise.

Oh it is...but most of us make our own because it costs like a pack of chicken breast. The only chicken flour I know of to purchase is by Carnivore Crisps.

Turkey-Elk crisps worked great, I used half lupin flour and half porkrinds, plus added the xanthan gum! Worked. Mine was thick batter pre cook so I had to cook 5 minutes longer.

Hey Mel, another doubt here: how have you been making your chicken flour lately? Are you using the dehydrator or boiling the chicken like in the original video? Or if you are using minced chicken, do you boil it before it goes in the oven, or does it go raw? 🤔 Just getting my head ready for when I got a bit of time to make it again ( I have been making it just like in your video) Cheers 😍
@tomovanahallam7473 when I making chicken flour I make a large amount so I use all of those methods, even the microwave. With ground chicken I just bake it spread over the baking sheet. It will probably go quicker if I cooked it first but that's my lazy way lol.
Can you use liquid gelatine from your beef/lamb joint roast?
I think liquid gelatine will work if you mix it with the wet ingredients

Once we have the chicken flour we make up the clean keto flour. And you don't only have to use chicken flour you have other options:
