No prime agricultural land in Bend - it's all rocks! Farming is about one hour North of Bend near Madras. I'm a retired farmer who settled in Bend so I know of what I speak. Good luck to you!

There is nothing even close to 350,000$ in Bend for a home maybe 40 miles outside town for a single wide trailer if lucky...

If you are looking for apts be sure to bring a lot of money very little low income studios start at 1500 to 2000 and up

@@Cyborg1170 Bend is extremely liberal. Over 60% vote Democrat. Blacks are welcomed with no problems.

We are having a lot more crime in n e bend due to a lot more homeless in the area that moved from hunnel road
