So gagging is normal! I was so scared trying led weaning for the first time with a veggie. I think I need to try it again with my son, he's 7 months old too.
You’re not alone girl! I cried too at some point. I thought I was going to have a literal panic attack but I eventually realized I had to trust him and the process. You can do it!
At 6 months I started with purées! When he turned 7 months, I then introduced BLW! He still takes purées when I feel like he hasn’t eaten enough table food!

Hey mama! They normally recommend that you start when your baby is properly sitting up on their own! So I personally would wait until then. It could be any day now! However, if your baby can hold themselves up in the high chair then I don’t see any harm!
