My condolences for your loss Wayne, happened to me just a few years ago and I know. Sometimes it's expected but you are never truly prepared for it and it takes time to readjust and overcome the loss.

I didn't know what happened Wayne. My condolences to you and your family. My dad died 5 years ago of Cancer at 80. I have had to take up the mantle at my mom's house of trying to maintain and fix what I can. I wish he were still around because he may have been able to teach me more things.
I was wondering why you haven't been around. I miss quite a lot of your live streams because they come at a time when I'm busy working in the yard (Thursdays are lawn mowing and gardening days) I had to scroll the comments to learn of your loss. Though I'm not sure if it's your mom or dad, but my wife and I send our condolences - thoughts and prayers to you and your family.
I've been watching your videos for a while now and yet still missed something (I unfortunately miss your live chats cause I get busy around the times you show them so there's that possibility)!!! It took looking for and reading comments for me to learn you lost your mother!!!! I'm sorry for your loss, you take time for yourself!! There's no need to rush back to us! Glad to see you're back to your "happy place" but if you're not ready we can wait and are here for you!!!! You're an awesome guy and great youtuber but just make sure you don't stretch yourself too much for our sakes! He probably will lose his sister either this week or next. His mum maybe one year or two. We just found out the news yesterday. But sorry for your lose and thanks for doing the video's
You do you Wayne. Keeping the hands busy keeps the mind busy. It took me over a year, after she passed, not to think about my mom as soon as I wake up everyday. I miss her dearly to this day and it's been 15 yrs.. Family and friends will get you thru.

I went through the same thing with my Dad about two years ago....best advice I ever got was to just do what you feel is right on your schedule...nobody can tell you how to go through it. I actually went back to work the next day because my heart and brain were so rattled, I needed that "normal" feeling.

I lost my dad in 2003 and my mom in 2007... And it doesn't really get any easier... But we all learn to manage through it... Being a cameraman for over 40 years now and I was taught by my dad on set... There's alot of things I still wish I could ask him... And my mom had a heart of gold... When you miss them...do what I do... Just close your eyes and they'll be right there with you... Bless you mate across the pond...😢
