Sure can buy at any shop in Malaysia..But now ,the use the plastic mould but still can mould the kueh BANGKIT....This mould also can use to make kueh Koya,or some people call it kueh PUTU KACANG....

Hi, I just would like to mention something, I am pretty sure what you are using is not corn flour, I think it is corn starch,,the same in your dragon cookies. Corn flour is yellow and there are different textures, coarse or very grinded but still is fine coarse. A very well know brand of corn starch is Maizena, and that's what I think you are using. Would you please kindly confirmed because I would love to prepare your cookies. Thank you for your recipes.!!!
Jade Orchid You are absolutely correct. In Australia, we call corn starch “corn flour”. Even on packages, corn starch is labelled as “corn flour”. I’m pretty sure the recipe is for corn STARCH as you guessed. Hope this helps :)

You can actually roll out the dough in 3-5mm thick, and use a cookie cutter.

before you put the dough in the mold, you need dust the mold using the flour mixture you reserved before( three tablespoons)

Hi shuet, traditionally it susposed 2 b white in color. If u use gula melaka e result is not e same n it dont looked like kuik bangkit.

我做出来的也是很硬!一咬下去牙齿都会痛
应该是打发蛋黄和糖时时间不够。分次加入椰浆时,每次要打发5分钟。是为了加入更多的空气。再加入粉时要拌入(fold in),不能拼命搅拌。要让空气留在饼干胚里。这样做出的饼干才不会硬邦邦。如果觉得太干的话,可以加入适当的椰浆和水。总比例是5:1。希望对你有帮助。
