Heard the failed 2-point conversion on the radio driving home. Both of us were surprised the Phins pulled off a TD, not so much the 2-point conversion didn’t work. Still down by 5, it’s Tommy and the squad, so forgone conclusion… but whatever was in the Gatorade that night just made it happen. I know
Jeffery Robertson do you remember Brady's last game as a patriot at foxboro? Fitting ending to a cheating organization..
thanks for upload NFL Throwback . People have to realize that true HD wasn't commonplace till around 2010 . I know this is listed HD, but hey don't complain . its the content that counts first and foremost . again thanks for the upload .
nemo this game did originally air in HD but this particular copy is SD. NFL Throwback doesn’t have access to the same archives NFL Network does, they have the HD copy at NFLN. But this UA-cam channel doesn’t get as much priority from the league when it comes to accessing their archives
sorry for the confusion . i wasn't complaining , i was reacting to people who complain about this video's quality( which isn't bad as far as i'm concerned ) . people are spoiled today because everyone has HD tv's . again its content over video definition quality for me anyday . i'd rather watch a great classic b&w film in 240p than some fluff and tripe in 1080p . again thanks for the upload !
I can't even express how much I hated Rodney Harrison as a player. He's an OK analyst for SNF but damn, that guy was such a punk.
He was, and still is, a dick.
Good feels in this game, from the sportsmanship near 1:33 to the head coach chest-bumping his player near the end. I enjoyed it.
I stayed up late and went to bed upset!
Why?
Fuck the pats
@@eastonmendoza1571 That's Right, Screw The Patriots!
Lol at Brady’s fourth interception, he just flung it as he was falling
I was 16 years old when i watched this game and playing saftey at my high shcool football team. Pats always struggle when they play in my city of the miyayo they had many fat Ls at the Hard Rock Stadium.
I was 22. I REMEMBER watching that at moms house. Yelling and screamin at the tv😂😂
What a complete surprise! The Jets with ten wins? Incredible!
Finally a game where we win! #finsup
I know I’m late but am I the only one who really misses these orange Miami jerseys 🔶 but the retros are still nice
Don't know if it still is the record, but at the time of this game it was the biggest win differential (10) upset in nfl history. Dolphins 2-11 beat the 12-1 Patriots.
This was the last football game I attended. They're undefeated when I'm at hard rock. Watched em lose for almost 4 decades but never in person. FINS UP!!!!
Someone get this man tickets.
I was at this game. I had just turned 8, my dad and I left early cause we were getting whooped and we regretted it so bad
Never leave early. Never.
I remember this game! I was at Hard Times ( grille n bar, Germantown MD) n was probably THEE ONLY Dolphin fan in the building! Phins always up!
Even as Patriots fan, This was funny as hell
How so?
First, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers wore orange from 1976 to 1996. Now, the Miami Dolphins wore orange on Monday Night Football on December 20, 2004 and they beat Tom Brady and the reigning and defending Super Bowl XXXVIII champion and the eventual Super Bowl XXXIX champion New England Patriots (which was nationally televised by ABC). Tom Brady was not just a two-time Super Bowl champion, he had a red, black (not white) and blue Christmas down in Miami.
Did anyone else notice Jason Garrett on the sidelines at 3:40 lol
Wow. Didn't even notice that
Lol
kaddo34 The clapping clown
I remember watching this game. Wife is a Patriot fan, me a Dolphin fan. I was celebrating and laughing after that game winning interception. Wife got up and went to the bedroom and locked the door. I slept on the couch and kept laughing. Pretty boy Brady sucks in south Florida.
I miss when the game was like this! Rules have really slowed it down.
The first game I stayed up late to watch as a child. Definitely worth it
Jason Garrett at 3:42 (Cowboys Head Coach).
still remember watching this game as a kid with my grandpa. i stayed with him for a year and we watched Monday night football every week together. this year Jerry rice had a big game in his only season with Seattle as well. and daunte Culpeper and Peyton manning had a shootout too, this was the year they both had insane numbers.
Lostin Thegarden Peyton and Favre also had an insane shootout that year
Why would Brady throw the ball to the opposite team as he's falling
He had done that earlier in the season against the Bengals and it had worked
Troy Brown, wide receiver playing defense.
Patriots won 30 of their last 31 games before this loss!
3 Players on the 2004 Dolphins were on the 2007 Patriots who went 16-0: Wes Welker, Sammy Morris and Junior Seau (was on IR for this game in 04)
Am I the only one who actually didn't mind those Dolphins orange unis?
na they’re fire
Aren’t those the Color Rush now???
@@garrettracine3024 yeah, but they changed it to a brighter, uglier shade of creamsicle orange. They looked way better the way they were in this video.
I remember this game! Monday night football on abc and I couldn’t believe the final result of this game I was in shock
What a good game
This video is recommended almost daily, I love it 😂
It seem like Miami beats NE every year.
Miami beat the Patriots every time they played in the 70s.
Great win for the Dolphins-Fins Up!!!!!
BACK IN THE DAY WHEN MEN WERE MEN AND WOMEN WERE WOMEN!!!!!!!!
LoL
You should identify as a woman and go dominate their sports (basketball, football, softball, tennis) if I was 24 years younger (I would be 16) I would push this envelope just to see how serious these dumb ass disgusting humans are.
I don't no R many times I watch tht VD...
Damn Dolphinssss u put a smile on my face ...
Even as a patriots fan, I have to admit that 3rd and 9 interception was Brady’s fault.
Wow.....forgot about this. Thanks for posting.
