Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons of creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning (not mentioned in the video)
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of minced onions
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
2 cups of milk
2 cups of Gouda and Vermont cheddar
1 1/2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar jack
10 jumbo shrimp
8 oz of Lump crabmeat
4 oz lobster tail
2 cups of elbow Macaroni
