Ingredients:
13 medium peeled and deveined shrimp
1 cup of Mahatma rice, short grained, Valencia
1/4 of a green and red pepper chopped
2cups of chicken broth
1/4 Cup of frozen corn
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
A pinch of saffron threads
1 T of white cooking wine
1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
