Sausage & Shrimp Fried Rice-please don’t laugh at my miniature cast iron pan😐

Hi, just wanted to bring you the recipe for this quick and easy dish!!!
Ingredients:
Lit’l smokies beef sausage
Jumbo shrimp (previously frozen)
Rice
Green and red bell peppers
Creole seasoning
Garlic powder
Red pepper flakes
Olive oil
Vegetable oil
Soy sauce
Parsley

I have a small 5 inch cast iron skillet and I love it. Good size to cook for one person, myself. 😊
