Gotta say...I have been implementing some of your technique into my routine..and things are clicking...meaning I have confidence, success, and increased speed and great results. I owe you a ton for your selflessness in teaching us good sir.
This channel is priceless. Your technique and knowledge is just incredible. Once i start correcting my own vehicles i have such confidence about being able to handle it without issue after watching all your videos.
Many Thanks Brian for these Golden Nuggets of Information on this Vid alone. It saved me a lot of time and money, helped me improve my techniques as well!
Brian I’m really impressed by your knowledge 👍🏻You really have been a awesome teacher for me. I have learned things I never knew about with detailing. You are an ace in my book. I have a touch of OCD and it helps to know how to really how to do things to perfection 💎Thanks ✊
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.. Your channel is such a wealth of information for professional and home detailers. I had a scratch on the front pumper of my 92 corvette that I repaired using your advice. I tried everything short of wet sanding the scratch. I followed your method and it came out perfect. Thanks again!
i tried microfiber pad on my rotary..... it took me for a ride!! lmao!!!!!! but on the Da...complete different animal!! some polishing microfiber pads finish really well..... ! i will stick to wool pad on the rotary ;-)-
WOW BRIAN YOU BLOW MY MIND WITH THAT SOLUTION YOU MADE FOR PAD CLEANING, CAN YOU TELL ME HOW YOU USE IT WITH THE AIR DO YOU SPRAY TO SOAK THE PAD KNEED THE PAD AND HIT IT WITH THE AIR ? OR JUST A COUPLE SPRAYS AND HIT IT WITH THE AIR? THANKS BRAIN LIKE I ALWAYS SAY YOU'RE VIDEOS ARE NUMBER ONE CHERRS!!!!
Hey Bryan, I learned so much from you in the past year. Technical stuff that really makes me that more effective and consistant. Thanks so much for your pad cleaner receipe! Now I need to get a Sandblasting-Station :-S
Great video very informative on the wet sanding I’ve took notes however 20:19 you said all imperfections were out with just the metallic shown there was still swirling there I could see maybe you couldn’t with the light
Question, why didn’t you mask the quarter panel to rear fascia and fender / front fascia? Was just wondering, as I see junk in these gaps on my C5 and have to scrub it out. Very informative series on this green Corvette. Enjoying it very much! Loving the transformation!
Hi Brian, Last time I have corrected an Audi A3 with hard clear coat, I have tried LC Microfiber pad with a rotaray machine and Menzerna 400/ Menzerna1000 but they did not give me the suitable result as Rupes wool pad did with the same compound & machine with less heat. Nice video, keep them coming. Good luck!
I'M SORRY BRAIN I GOT CALLED AWAY FROM THE VIDEO FOR A SECOND WHEN IT SHOWED YOU CLEANING THE PAD DISREGARD THE EARLIER QUESTION I HAD ASKED UNLESS YOU HAVE DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES FOR CLEANING DIFFERENT PAD TYPES THANKS ALWAYS BRAIN CHERRS !!!
Thz for your receip of pad cleaner, but do you have another one choice for the extra tough cleaner, i dont fine it in Canada. And thz for your vidéo i learn much trips. Continue to make vidéo live this.
So Brian, that special recipe is for cleaning pads and also for cleaning only fabrics or upholstery? Or with interior you mean also plastics, leather and vinyl? An amazing video BTW and serie too!
Keep'm coming Prof! Learning a lot from you. Q: do you get less bucking from a rotary using microfiber pads or foam pads? I sometimes get bucking using a foam pad. Thanks again, Prof.
Brian, I. noticed that you use the air pressure to clean the pad by taking those contamination away from the pad. I don’t have the air pressure available so can I use the tooth brush to clean the pad by putting the pad in the polisher and spinning the pad ?
Hey Brian, I tried making your concoction for pad cleaning (and also interiors you said), but for some reason it doesn’t all seem to be mixing together. There’s about two inches at the bottom of the bottle that is that light blue color, but the rest is this cloudy, milky white color that stays separate. The only thing I did differently than you is I had a different paint prep, I used a different APC, and I used Palmolive instead of Dawn. The ratios were the same as in your video. Any idea what’s not clicking?
So great video. Thank you. Quick question so I have a new to me 2006 car, it has some minor scratches on it. If the scratch is smooth does that mean it’s just in the clear coat and can be removed with 3000 grit wet sandpaper? I’m nervous and have never intentionally sanded a car and don’t want to mess it up and have it look worse than it does now. Thank you again!!
Hi Brian, have you ever tried the fast finishing microfiber pads from SPTA? If so, are they good? . (Their pads really look like big brands!) Great job again 👍
Can you wet sand single stage paint or is it too risky? I use the Uro-Fiber 50/50 quite often but will use lake country on something with deeper scratches. Great info!
Part 5 ...the final will take a close look at Foam cutting pads.
What you think about griots BOSS foam pads?
alberto
Hope to see your thoughts on the new Griot's G9 when your polisher series continues.
@@Carlos.Rivera Decent!

You owe me nothing...seeing your post is more than enough. 🙂
Absolutely the best detailing videos on UA-cam!
Very rare that I watch anything on UA-cam at 1x speed. I watched ALL the Parts of this car. The microscope inspection on the pads is very eye opening.
I recognize what is playing in the background (TOOL) you have great taste! Pneuma is the best song on the album IMO.
7empest and Culling Voices!!!
Just when I thought you couldn't get any cooler Brian!!
Keep up the great work. I may not be detailer or a true DIY, but I am lazy car owner and I love your informational videos.
why not also keeping up the bad work?

If the microfiber pad is thick and plush...not low profile.
The vette shines, that’s all most people would want and of course some correction that goes with it, would you agree with this statement?

Anything you can find...a toothbrush works just fine.

clear coat is about 1.5 to 2 in thickness from factory ,so how low can you go with protecting the UV ?
I noticed you don't let the products cure before wiping them off, should you not let them cure?
Is Tool the best polishing music? 🤙
Fear Inoculum is blasting at the shop this week....and every week until I tire of it.🙂

Not as of yet.
does your recipe work on leather seats ?

Here is playlist for 85 Porsche, sanding single stage enamel, he did last year. ua-cam.com/video/Jpb6S9hehxw/v-deo.html
Brian , what's your go to for carpet cleaning.
The recipe I showed in this video.🙂
what would this detail job cost?
Never used microfiber pads before, what type of backer are you using? Does it need to be more pliable vs the backers for foam pads?
A pliable plate for both microfiber and foam is recommended.
Anyone know what microscope he is using seems to work great
Any LCD/LED Microscope will work.
the interior cleaner is also for fabricks/cloth? or only for hard syrfaces
For upholstery ...and plastics.
